15-A Real Fight

"Y/N!" you hear someone yell. You were too tired to open your eyes, but you hadn't passed out.

You stir slightly, the feeling in your muscles slowly coming back. They twitched and contracted, causing you to wince. Your heart was pounding and you could could feel your pulse in your neck.

"Y/N open your fucking eyes! Please! So I at least know your okay damnit," you hear someone cry out.

You could feel the person's breath on your face, and you crack open one of your eyes.

Bakugo was only a couple inches away. He had one of his hands on your cheek, holding it up so it wasn't on the ground. He was worried, you could see it but he let out a sigh seeing that you were awake. 

'Why is he acting like this..? He doesn't care..'

"Im fi-" is all you manage to say. Even talking hurt like hell and you let out a huge breath before closing your mouth again.

You hear other voices around you, talking and asking questions. You hear Denki and Kiri saying your name over and over, but you were just so tired so your eyes flutter shut again. After awhile, you feel two large hands make its way under your back. You whimper as pain shoots up your body, filling your brain.

"I'm sorry," Katsuki whispers as he picks you up. "The sooner you get to recovery girl, the sooner all this pain will go away."

Your head rests on his chest as he carries you. It reminds you of that day you two went out to the field to show him your quirk. You listen to his heartbeat and focus on the rising and falling of his chest, trying to copy it so it distracts you from the pain.

You hear the crowd cheering as you are carried off the ring and into the office building on the side. You hear Present Mic announce the winning team before drifting off while Katsuki held you tightly in his arms.

Your eyes open and you look down at yourself. You were laying on a blanket spread out on the floor.

You turn your head and move your hands, realizing all the pain you had felt before had disappeared. You felt completely normal, like nothing had even happened.

"Oh! That was fast," you hear a strange voice say.

You turn to see a very short old lady, she was standing beside you, looking down at you.

"It only took you about 30 seconds to wake up," she says smiling.

"Uh- what happened?" you ask shyly, rubbing the back of your neck with one hand. After falling asleep, you don't remember anything at all.

"She healed you after I brought you here."

You turn your head while sitting up. Katsuki was sitting on a chair next to the blanket. He had his legs outstretched and his hands in his pockets.

"Oh.." you say looking at the ground. "Thanks.."

"Yeah.." he says awkwardly.

You stand up now, stretching and smiling. You were happy you were able to move again.

'Why are me and Bakugo always stuck together, it's fucking annoying,' you thought, looking over at him.

"They already announced who's fighting who in the 1v1 battles," he says, also standing up.

"Really? Already?" you say still looking forward.

"Mhm, Izuku and Ida are fighting now.. I hope that damn nerd gets it just like you did." he growls while closing his fists at his side.
