17-Going Back

It had been about 15 minutes and Katsuki's sobs had now gone down to a soft tiny whimper. He still held onto you, refusing to show his face and hiding it in the crook of your neck.

"Kat..look at me," you say, trying to push him back slightly.

He lets out a pouting noise and shakes his head side to side dramatically, pulling you even closer. You could tell he was embarrassed because this wasn't like him at all.

'So cute...'

"C'mon," you plead with a smile on your face. "It's just me."

"It's fucking dumb," he murmurs and rests his head on your shoulder. "I'm not some baby.."

"No you aren't, but saying what you just said and showing me how you felt made you even stronger in my eyes."

He looks up at you finally and you smile the sweetest smile at him, causing him to blush.

You take your right hand and wipe his cheek, making sure the tears that weren't already dried yet were gone. Bakugo closes his eyes and lets out a tired sigh.

You suddenly laugh softly, covering your mouth with your hand trying to keep the rest in.

Katsuki's eyes shoot open and he looks at you flustered and his face a hot red.

"What are you laughing at dumbass?!" he asks frantically.

Seeing his face only made you burst out more and you tried to catch your breath as you talk.

"What the heck did you just do," you giggle out.

Katsuki looks at you for a couple seconds longer before it hit him. It's like he replayed what had just happened in his brain. A huge smile creeps up onto his face as well.  

"I'm going to have to watch my fucking self on TV aren't I," he moans flinging his head back.

You laugh harder as you hold your stomach, you couldn't believe that Katsuki Bakugo walked out of a fight untouched.

"Alright alright idiot stop laughing," he says still smiling.

"I- I'm -" you try to say as you start laughing again, tears forming at your eyes.

"Tch, I though I told you to stop," he says teasingly and scoops you up. He stands with a grunt and throws you over his shoulder, causing you to start punching his back playfully.

"Heyyy, no fair asshole, let me go," you whine.

"Nope, no way," he says walking through the building.

Your stomach flips from embarrassment as you raise your head and see that you were in the main lobby; teachers and students were all looking at you.

"Okay seriously Kat," you whisper harshly. "Let me go."

You feel his back vibrate as he lets out a small laugh, not responding.

"Are you serious?" you say pushing your arms against his back trying to break free of his grasp.

"Aww what's wrong?~" he cooed. "Having trouble?"

"Our fucking class is going to see us like this!" you respond still whispering.

"Good," he says.

"You are an idiot."

"And you, are a dumbass."

After having to explain to everyone what had happened when Bakugo came storming in with you slung over his shoulder, you finally got to sit down and eat before the awards ceremony.
