Notification- New snapchat from Harrystyles

I clicked on the notification and opened the snap. It was a picture of his food. Just a burger and some fries, nothing out of the ordinary. With the caption- bet my lunch is better than yours 😏.

I laughed to myself before responding. I took a selfie with me not looking at the camera with the caption- pretending 2 care.

Harry just sort of let the New Years Eve argument go. I'm happy he did, because even though we've only known each other for a short period of time, it feels like he's a part of me.

You know how after a while, you start to sound like another person because you hang out with them so much? That's exactly how I've been. That's how it was with Louis to, with cursing. I used to never use words like those until we started dating. Now it's in my usual vocabulary.

Speaking of Louis, we've been worse than ever. He definitely wasn't fine with the kiss Harry and I shared, in fact the opposite. He broke up with me, only to text me two hours later with 'We're still together'. I ignored it. He's still acting like we're together, and he can. But I'm acting like we're single. Does that make sense? Probably not.

Harry and I were sitting across from eachother on my couch. Now that my parents are gone, our- I mean my house is empty. My parents are paying for the bills, which I was honestly not surprised by. They have the money to do it anyways.

*Knock Knock*

Harry and I exchanged glances before I got up to answer the door.

Standing in front of me was a worried Lou and an adorable little Lux.

"Hey Aria" Lou started, speaking quite quickly. "I'm so sorry to bother you, but I just remembered I had a meeting today and I have no one to watch Lux. You're her favorite babysitter, and I was wondering if you could watch her for a couple of hours, until the meeting is over".

I looked at her, then looked at Lux, then back at her. It took a second for my brain to process everything. Harry walked up during Lou's rant.

"Harry!" Lux exclaimed.

"You know Harry?" I looked at Lux
questionably as Harry's cheeks started getting pink in color.

"Yes," she giggled. "He goes to our church now!"

"Oh that's right! I remember you." Lou said. "Nice to see you."

"Nice to see you, too."

"So can you do it?" Lou asked, looking at me. In her eyes it looked as if she were begging.

"Of course. Come in Lux."

"Thank you so much," Lou smiled.

"No problem. Don't worry about her."

Lou started walking back to her car before she turned around.

"And one more thing," she called. "Lux will be spending the night!"

And with that she got in the car, and drove away.

I bent down and grabbed Lux' hand after the waved goodbye to her and helped her walk inside. I shut the door behind us.

'What even' I mumbled to myself.

I instantly smiled when I remembered what Lux has said though.
