Harry didn't say anything, almost as if he didn't care that his brother was basically threatening to rape me.
"Eli, why don't you come have some tea?" Anne said, trying to intervene.
Eli scoffed, starting to move closer to me.
Harry fists were clenched by his sides, still not doing anything. Eli kept walking until I could literally feel his breath on my face.
He wrapped his arms around my waist, breathing on my neck. At this point I knew Harry wasn't going to do anything so I shot my knee up, and it hit the bullseye. Eli jumped back, yelling.
"You bitch!" Eli yelled.
"Keep your hands off of me, dick," I said, walking out of Harry's house and slamming the front door.
I heaved a sigh, standing on the front porch. I heard the door open and close, and turned around to see Harry behind me. He tried to place a hand on my shoulder but I backed up.
"Don't talk to me," I warned.
"Baby, what did I do?" He asked. The 'baby' made my heart flutter, but it wasn't enough to make me easily forgive him.
"You let him do it! You let him put his hands on me!"
"Aria, you can't be serious-" He started.
"You just stood there and watched! That's all you did! Just stood there!"
"You told me to," he said calmly.
"No-"
"Babe, you told me to. Maybe not with words, but with your actions. I told you to go upstairs and you didn't. I tried to protect you. You know why I didn't completely beat him? Because I know you, and I know you're strong. You're strong enough to stand up for yourself, which you already did. I know you more than you think Aria. I don't want to be your bodyguard, I want to be your boyfriend. I love you," he said, and walked back into his house.
I debated following him and going home, and I went with the first option. When I walked back in everyone was sitting on the couch, Eli winking at me as I sat next to Harry and far away from him.

"Babe, I have to work."
"Don't get up," I mumbled, loving the heat radiating off him as he spooned me from behind. I grabbed the hand that was wrapped around me, pulling it down more and keeping him from being able to get up.
"I can't be late..."
I groaned, letting go of his hand so he could get up.
"Thank you," he said, kissing my cheek and walking out of my bedroom door.
"I love you!" He called, as I heard him opening the front door downstairs.
"I love you, too!" I yelled back, missing the warmth of his body around me already.
