I rushed out of the house in a hurry as Stefan waited for me outside the house, I don't even know why I agreed for this, Katherine was right, I was messing up with the feelings of two guys plus Caroline already liked Stefan and although I found him hot and good I couldn't really be interested in him, not anymore, not after what happened between me and Arnav.

I was dressed in my usual jean and top and boots, all black, I had my hair tied up in a high ponytail, I walked out and found him waiting for me by his car.

"You know you dint have to pick me, I would have driven there." I said.

"I was trying to be a gentleman." He smiled as he held the door open for me, he really was a gentleman, he was the kind of a man I should like, he was like the complete opposite of Arnav.

After I got inside the car, he closed the door and headed to the driver's seat and drove off, I dint know where we were going but I dint ask, I just sat silently and looked outside the window until we arrived at the Mystic Grill.

It was the place where lots of people usually visited, they had some really great food and it wasn't much expensive too.

We headed inside and settled down on a table as the waiter walked with the menu immediately, I went through it and then waited for Stefan once he was done we both gave the waiter our order, he left and it was awkward, Stefan and I kept on looking at each other awkwardly.

"So why did you bring me for dinner?" I asked trying to make it less awkward.

"I'll tell you that before I drop you home, what if you run away before eating." He giggled.

"I don't run away Stefan."

"I know, I was kidding, cheer up, don't be so serious." He laughed.

"Tell me something about yourself." He said.

"My life isn't that interesting, I was born and brought up here, and I love studying, I want to be rich someday." I laughed.

"You already are rich." He said.

"That's my father's money, I want to be rich on my own."

"Wow, that's the kind of things I hear guys say usually, but well that's good." He smiled.

"What about you?" I asked.

"My life has been everything but interesting, we used to live in New York before, then both my parents passed away in a car accident, so Damon and I moved in with Karthik and Arnav, I mean we had been friends since long and they had rich parents but they boys liked to stay away from their parents so they told us to move in with them, let's just say they had the kind of parents who dint care much, and then we all decided to shift here for studying ahead, our parents left enough for our education so once we are done studying I'm sure we would get a nice job and start earning." He smiled.
