Fake Dating

You have always had a thing for Draco but you didn't know how he felt about you. You've never really even had a conversation with him but there was something in the way he was always made you just feel a spark. You didn't even know if you existed but that couldn't change anything, not ever.

Sometimes you'd catch him staring at you but weren't exactly sure if it was you he was looking at. Could've been anyone or anything, but you knew he'd been in a relationship with Pansy Parkinson and it made you jealous.

Jealous how? It was so easy for her just to get her dreams and do what she pleased. Sometimes it was exhausting seeing them together as she doesn't even seem like she's interested in him anymore. She gets clingy sometimes which annoys you but Draco seems to still like her for her flaws.

Why couldn't he just notice you? Why wouldn't he just spark up a conversation once in a while. It didn't matter what he did as long as he just knew your name and not some girl he knew from his class.
You'd always watched him (not in a creepy way) and saw how his everyday life was all about.

It had seem to always be the same thing. Taunted the younger grades, got his goons to get him stuff, flirted and snogged Pansy and always found a way to piss off Harry. You noticed he had a routine basically but it felt awful to see that he'd have the same days of every moment of His life and it didn't feel somewhat fair.

You never knew what went on when he wasn't doing the things he was doing. It concerned you sometimes and just made your mind fill with thoughts on what he could possibly be doing when you didn't see him doing whatever he was doing.
But until one day you didn't know that you life was about to change and it would be a big change into your life.

It had been roaming around that Pansy and Draco had called it off and were done since Draco had found out she has been been distant from Draco and was found making out with Blaise. Draco's best-friend so he felt betrayed and just like that they broke up.

You didn't know if it was true or not but you had realized that he wasn't with her as much and he looked miserable in the classes you had with him. You didn't know what exactly was wrong but you felt bad for him.

Everyone always expected him to be the snarky out going guy who would basically taunt everyone and ruining their lives. But everyone was wrong they didn't know him personally so they didn't know the exact truth of him. But something happened, something weird

Anytime he'd walk into a room the room would go silent and everyone's eyes would trail onto him and started to whisper things. Did something happen? Did he do something bad that made everyone just start whispering when he entered a room?

It confused you, no one told you what exactly was going on and why this was happening but it didn't bother you as much as you thought it would have. It was one week after Pansy and Draco broke up and you figured everyone would've just moved it aside and fix up on the new gossip but no it suddenly got worse.

Soon enough eyes were suddenly on you, but why? What could you; the person who sat in class and stayed quiet all the time could have possibly done to make everyone stare at you. You weren't anything special, you were just another student who didn't have much friends but had a good amount of friends.

It was to the point where you couldn't handle any of the stares and the whispers that followed you. It was around lunch time so you went to the Great Hall looking for your friend Neville. You hoped he wouldn't lie to you since that's not him.

As you walked into the Great Hall everyone stared at you but then going back to what they were originally doing. You looked around looking for Neville until you caught your eye on him getting up and starting to leave. You ran up to him and he gave him a wave while stopping in front of him "hey Nev um quick question do you know what's going on? Why is everyone acting so weird?".
