𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑷𝑶𝑽
Once we enter I see Ponyboy next to Johnny and they are watching Mickey. Darry is reading the newspaper. Soda is playing cards with steve. Dally is smoking and looking at the Tv but I'm not sure he is even paying attention. Everything was usually like this. I went into the kitchen to help Two make dinner since he lost a bet with Darry. They were playing cards and whoever lost had to make dinner for everyone. Unfortunately Two-bit lost.
"Whatcha cookin?" Darry asked
"Italian pasta" Two replied
"Sounds good to me," Darry said. I could tell Darry was enjoying this because he made us dinner every day and we just complain. Darry is like a father I never had.
"Man, we don't have cheese, Y/n can you go to the store and buy cheese?" He asked me
"Yeah of course," I say as he handed me some money. I put on my jacket and walked to the store.
"Y/n wait for me!" I heard someone scream. I stopped and turned to see Pony running towards me. My stomach swarmed with butterflies. I don't have a crush on him but I always feel some kind of way when he is around.
"Oh hey," I say
"Do you mind if I come with you?" he asked
"Not at all" I smile. We start walking to the store. I went to get the cheese and Pony went to get some candy since I had a bit of money left. When I got the cashier Pony was already there waiting for me. We paid and headed out.
"So, what have you been up to lately," Pony asked
"Oh nothing much, you?" I asked
"Same just school stuff, Wait have you seen the movie (Your Fav Movie)" He looked at me
"Um no but I have been wanting to watch it" I replied
"It's an incredible movie, you should watch it," he said
"If I ever get time," I say
"You know what, see you in the drive-in Friday at seven," he said
"Alright then," I said as I opened the door and went to the kitchen and handed Two the cheese.

Me and Y/n came in. I grabbed Dally and Johnny to my room.
"I think I just asked Y/n on a date," I said
"What she tell ya?" Johnny asked
"You can make your move," Dally says
"What?" I responded
"Dal's right, It has been seven years and you haven't told her what you felt, you should tell her on your date," Johnny says
"Ponyboy, both of you have known each other since you were little kids, she knows you won't hurt her and that she can trust you," Dally says trying to comfort me. Then we hear a knock on the door
"Boys, dinner is ready," Y/n says and we came out and sat at the table. I sat beside Y/n who seemed to really like the pasta since she was stuffing it into her mouth.
"You were really hungry, huh?" I say. She giggled and said "I was starving"
"When are you not?"Two-bit says. She rolls her eyes at him and continues to eat. Her smile though is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and her eye's when they glow in the sun, it's like you've seen an angel.
"Earth to Pony, Are you okay," Y/n says interrupting my thoughts
"Yeah sorry, I was just thinking" I reply
"Thinkin about what?" she asked
"Oh just about a story I was writing" I lie
"Oh cool, what is it about?" she put her fork down and gave me a sign to go on
"I'm still working on that," I say
"What place inspires you the most?" she asks
"Umm, the park during the evenings" I reply
"Then go there, if you go where your heart is inspired the most, your mind can start to open up and so can your heart," she says. Wow, I'm impressed she would ever say that.
"I will, thanks Y/n," I say
"No worries" she replies
