Chapter 4 Rough Day

Yesterday wasn't the best, I got home late from seeing my mom at the hospital and now I got school. The only good thing was that I woke up next to Brandon.

"Brandon get up!"

"Umm?"

"Get up!"

"Couple more minutes Za."

"No babe it's 8 o'clock, plus I'm about to leave and go home to get ready for class at 10."

"Couple more minutes."

He threw his arms around me, I knew he was tired, I was too.

"Baby.."

"Yes Za?"

"Get up!"

"Ok mom."

I rolled over on top of him until he finally decided to get up. It was now 8:15 Monday morning and I wouldn't get a chance to see him again until later on in the evening.

"Go get ready so I can drop you home before I go to work."

"Nope I'm going to be stubborn just like you now."

"You wanna play now huh?"

"Yup!"

"Oh ok."

He lift his body up and I fell off the bed.

"Brandon!"

"Yes Za."

"Don't yes me help me up."

"Nah you wanted to play."

"Rd fine get up and go take a shower it's 8:20."

Of course once again I wasn't planning on spending the night at his house, so I didn't bring anything.

"Za."

He called from the shower.

"Yeah?"

"What time you gonna be home?"

"Umm around 1:30-3, why?"

"Want me to take you to go see your mom? Then go out?"

"Yeah I would like that!"

It was now 8:40 and Brandon was just getting dressed.

Damn he looked good. Sky blue polo shirt, with black pants and black dress shoes, his muscles showing, it went well with his warm brown skin tone, ugh I'm in love with his body.

"Ready to go?"

"Yeah, finally since you want to sleep in knowing you have work."

"Hush big head, come give me a hug."

Didn't have to tell me twice.

"You don't have to squeeze me so tight Za."

"Yes I do, I'm not gonna see you til later on."

"I know baby girl, I'll be thinking about you all day long, now let's go."

We arrived at my apartment within less than 10 mins and I kissed him goodbye.

I rushed upstairs and got in the shower.

After taking a shower and brushing my teeth, I put on a dark pair of jeans with a thin cream long sleeve blouse, my black ballet flats and my tote bag, I put my hair in a bun and was ready to get something to eat.

I wasn't really feeling like making something to eat so I decided to stop at Dunkin Donuts. It was now 9:20 and class was at 10 o'clock I didn't have much time even though Barry University wasn't that far away.
