Crutchy

I made some tea and made sure I had my house orderly. My boyfriend was coming over and I always wanted to make sure things were in place. I knew Crutchy didn't mind how my house looked, least of all how I looked, but I still wanted the best for him. He deserved so much and I did what I could. 

Before I could check and make sure the picture frames were straight once more a knock was heard. I perked up and rushed to the door. Outside stood the basically perfect man known as Crutchy. 

"Crutchy!" I exclaimed throwing my arms around his neck pulling him into a hug. He hugged me back and kissed my forehead. 

"How've ya been dear?" He asked with a giant grin. 

"Better now that you're here," I smiled brightly. "Come in!" He entered my house and I closed the door behind him. "I have some tea made, take a seat and make yourself at home." Crutchy sat at the dining table and I got out two mugs and poured us some tea. 

"How's work been love?" I asked taking a sip of the bitter sweet tea. 

"As good as it can get for a newsie gimp," Crutchy shrugged still smiling brightly. 

"Well if you ever need anything you can always come to me," I stated once again kissing him on the cheek. 

"You'se a real sweethart ya know dat?" Crutchy said sweetly and I felt my heart melt. 

"You're definitely sweeter than me," I complimented giving him basically heart eyes. "You've got a heart of pure gold!"

"I don't know what I did ta deserve ya," He sighed out. 

"I have no clue what I did to deserve you either," I said laughing a bit. 

I laid onto Crutchy's side and he wrapped an arm around me. We snuggled together for a while but then he had to leave and go back to the newsboys lodge. 

"I'll see you tomorrow my love," I smiled giving him a sweet kiss to the lips. We pulled away and the cheesiest grins were held on our faces. 

"I can't wait," Crutchy murmured. "I already miss ya."

"I miss you too love," I replied back giving him another kiss. He gave me one last kiss on the forehead before leaving.

I hope I get married to him.
