    What do you do to cope with stress?

                         We have different ways
to deal with stress.
Stress can last for days
or can be more than a phase.

It takes over our mind,
can make us forget,
make us blind.

It causes Mental strain,
that'll drain.
It'll make us go crazy,
                   our life will soon become hazy.

                            My stress is from work,
                                 it comes in piles.
                              I expect homework
                            that'll go on for miles.

             Every morning I expect something bad.
                    I know my work will take awhile,
            when that happens there'll be more work.
                            And no I'm not glad.
                             I'm extremely mad.

                But there's ways to help with stress.
                         I chose to listen to music
                        because it let's me express.
                   
                              I'll listen to a song
                          and try not to worry
                                 Short or long,
                         it'll dial back my furry.
