Poetry of sorts

Fun

I found today,
an absolute joy.
I spent time with my friends, and I enjoyed.

We walked,
around a cool old town.
We talked,
going everywhere around.

We went to many places,
both far and wide.
I enjoyed their smiling faces,
as we stopped at one of the cheesy fries places.

We laughed for an hour,
talking about numerous things.
We talked about Anime, friends, awkward chats.
I found it all nice, like Alex's hat.

Awkward rhyme,
I know.
But it all felt wonderful.

I finally got to meet new and old.
With meeting people so kind,
I'll say without being told,
would you like to hang out again?
