Poetry of sorts

Strawberries

A taste so sweet when ready,
a taste so unique,
it can't be anything bleak.

From it's blood red color,
to its speckled black seeds.
If I had a few dollars,
I'd make this my needs.

It's a fascinating shape,
is quite an interesting thing.

But when just right,
this fruit is amazing.
For its delicious taste and aroma,
can leave your taste buds praising.

So buy a few one day,
ones nice and red will do.
Lay them in a bowl or tray,
and savor the sweet few.
