Just as I was going to take a turn to library, I was stopped by Malfoy mid hallway.

"Where you going?" he asked.

I looked straight at him and pointed to the library's direction blatantly lying, "Ummm I'm going to study...." he looked at me in disbelief and retorted, "Study? During a quidditch game?"

Oh I had forgotten all about that between my brain's rambling. I had assured Alex I would be there but I guess that thought went in one ear and out the other. With no way out of this I sighed and continued walking with Malfoy to the field, "I guess you're right."

Damn, I would have to do my researching on the chamber some other time. We split ways with him leaving to join his teammates after wished him good luck and I hurried to the Slytherin stands to find where Alex was seated in the stands. Luckily, saving me some awkward standing about in the crowd, she was out in the open in a clearing of seats with Blaise, waving around a small green flag. I quickly scurried over to her, greeting them both as I sat down.

"Look at you being quite the cheerleader," she was dressed from head to toe in spirit clothing eagerly waving her flag in circles with her hand.

"Just because I hate the fact that one specific git is on the team, doesn't mean I won't cheer for it," she turned to me, "besides I'm hoping we kick some Gryffindor ass to wipe that smile of their faces."  I chuckled at her high spirits and took a small poster from her hands with Slytherin written in green and rose it above my head.

Soon enough the game started and almost immediately all players zipped past us into their positions. I caught my eyes on Malfoy who was impatiently flying around looking for the snitch while his other teammates where busy making sure we scored. We were leading 90 to 30 so far but the snitch could change it all.

My eyes skimmed over all the stands but I stopped at one specific area. Our professor Snape was seated next to Malfoy's dad smugly clapping at the goal Slytherin had just made. Well no wonder Malfoy had seemed so eager and smug this morning, his dearest dad has come to see him play and I knew how much this meant to him. I would be elated if my parents came to see me for something too.

I looked for Malfoy and when I found him I screamed his name and cheered for him causing him to look at me and give me a slight smile. Now look who was being the cheerleader I thought ironically.

Suddenly, Potter zoomed past us with a bludger on his tail. Someone had messed with it and it was now chasing Potter throughout the whole field. He led the ball towards the stands before loosing it and stopping in front of Malfoy. I couldn't quite hear what Malfoy had said due to the distance but I did see that the snitch was just behind him and from the looks of it Potter noticed it too. The stupid nitwit of Malfoy was too busy taunting him to even notice the snitch until Potter flew past him making him turn on his broom and chase after it too. In seconds Malfoy was leading in the chase and they sunk into the field chasing it below the stands.

We couldn't quite see what was going on. We could only hear the the destruction the rouge bludger was causing. We didn't have to wait long however, soon Malfoy reappeared with Potter only to loose his control on the broom. Malfoy was sent flying before tumbling downwards and collapsing on the floor.

The game ended with the Gryffindors winning after Potter had caught the snitch with a broken arm. I waited until the game was declared over before making my way over to the infirmary. Once inside I found Malfoy laying on one of the beds groaning in pain moving from side to side. I walked over to him and motioned for his teammates to leave. Once they left I sat next to the bed and gently placed my arm on Malfoy's side.

"How are you holding up,"I asked.

He groaned and turned away from me towards the bed in the corner, "That stupid Potter, its all his fault."
