"Happy Birthday!" cheered the marauders plus Eloise standing at the foot of Sirius' bed holding a 'Happy 17th Sirius' banner.
"Wha-!" Sirius jumped startled by the awakening falling out of bed making everyone in the room laugh as he groaned on the floor.
"Happy birthday mate" smiled James helping the boy up from the floor.
"Thanks Prongs" smiled the boy
"Presents!" squealed Eloise in excitement "James and I got you a joint one" smiled the girl
"Damn I was hoping for something else" smirked the boy suggestively
"You'll get that later" she smiled
"Gross" grimaced Peter "Happy birthday Padfoot" said the boy handing Sirius a wrapped gift.
"Thanks wormy" the black haired boy smiled
After all the gifts and birthday wishes Eloise took the invisibility cloak and met her boyfriend down in the common room.
"Where are we going?" smiled the boy
"Hogsmeade" she ginned kissing him passionately on the lips "Happy birthday my love" she said pecking him once more "Come on let's go"
"What are we gonna do in Hogsmeade?"
"Well..theres a new record store and I know how much you like music so I thought we could go there..spend the day in Hogsmeade..and come back to the castle"
"Sounds like fun" he grinned "come on" he said pulling the girl through the one eyed witch passage.
The pair walked though the dark passage into the cold snowy village. The ground was decorated with a fresh white blanket of snow, the buildings had frosty white caps on them. Eloise admired the snow, the way it glistened as the sun hit it. A tiny white speck falling onto the tip of her nose tickling it making her sneeze.
Sirius admired the girl, the way the cold air made her cheeks and nose become slightly red, the way the snow flakes decorated her hair like gems, her beauty to him was indescribable. Watching her as her face lit up dancing around the snow he knew in this moment he was completely in love with this girl. No, he was infatuated with her. Every aspect of her he adored. To him she was flawless, she was like an angel. Perfect in every single way. She was the best thing to ever happen to him. In this moment he knew he wanted to spend the rest of the life with this girl.
"I am so completely and utterly in love with you Eloise Euphemia Potter"
Eloise turned round hearing these word "And I you Sirius Orion Black" she smiled. Kissing him then grabbing a handful of snow and dumping it on his head.
"Oh it's on" he laughed grabbing a snowball and throwing it at the girl.
The pair laughed in a snowball fight, balls of ice soaring through the sky. Eloise screeched taking refuge behind a tree. For a moment it was silent, she poked her head around the trunk, confusion replaced the grin on her face as she saw her boyfriend vanished until she felt a shock of cold run down her spine as Sirius stuck a handful of snow down her back.
