The day Eloise spent with James went by fairly quickly, they had fun together just the two of them and no one else. But as of right now before returning to the common room for cake, Eloise was sat in a dark corner of the room of requirement with Regulus.
"Okay..so I know I'm a bit later than the others...but happy birthday!" he smiled making jazz hands as he slipped a small package over the table.
"What's this?" she asked
"Your present you dingbat what do you bloody think" he snorted
"Haw haw" she said sarcastically ripping the paper off to reveal a beautiful journal with her name engraved onto it. "A diary?"
"Not just any diary my dear friend" said regulus wagging his finger "A magic diary, write something in it" he said smiling
"Like what?" she frowned
"Anything" Regulus shrugged
Hesitantly Eloise pulled out her quill and scribbled a short sentence into the diary

Regulus smiled pulling out a matching diary opening it to reveal the same sentence that Eloise had written on his page.
"That's amazing!" Eloise said wide eyed "Wow!"
"Do you like it?" he grinned sheepishly
"I love it Reg! Thank you!" she laughed throwing her arms around the boy
"I'm glad" he chuckled releasing her from the embrace "Happy birthday love"
"Thanks reggie" she smiled standing up and flicking her wand making 'Bohemian Rhapsody' play. "Dance with me" she grinned holding her hand
"I don't dance" he said shaking his head
"Liar" she said pulling him up
"Ellie" he groaned as she made him spin her around
"What?!" she asked innocently "Need to make sure you know how to dance ready for my wedding" she smiled
"Wedding?" he frowned in confusion
"Yeah" she smiled dreamily "I'd like to think one day I'll get married"
"To Sirius no doubt" he scoffed almost bitterly
"Maybe...I don't know"
"You don't know?" he said as he twirled her under his arm
"Well after everything I just don't want to give him my all again for him to just break my heart" she confessed "He scares me"
"Then why are you with him?"
"Because I love him"
"But you're not sure that he loves you" stated the boy finishing her sentence
