no one understand anyway,
and i don't want to bother people
you know? i feel like i'm always
just bringing people down with
my mood i guess, and no one seemed
to really care, so in the end i just
decided to act like i was over it,
and it worked for a little while.
and then i guess i just kinda decided
to stick with it. i figured that if i
could trick everyone else into thinking
i'm fine, then why shouldn't i be able
to trick myself as well?

because i'm tired of people
mentioning her every time,
something is off about me.
it's not always her that makes
me sad, you know? or well
numb. sometimes i manage
to feel like i've moved on from
it, from her, like i'm finally
ready to live life - to love life
again, but then something else
happens, and i feel like shit.
and then people immediately
mention her, and then i just
start feeling guilty about, you
know? i guess i feel guilty about
smiling when she isn't here...
guilty i get to live, and she doesn't.
