Third Person POV~

Hayley and Klaus walked into the art room, the werewolf looking through the various art pieces laying around.

"Hate that. Too much. I don't get that. Hmm... I don't care... Hmm. This one. Doesn't make me want to puke."

As Hayley holds up one of Klaus' pieces, she spots one that behind it that catches her eye immediately.

As Hayley held it up, Klaus had a stoic face on as he watched the werewolf look at it.

"I get this one. It's like she resembles sadness. Emptiness. Like something is missing..." Hayley started as she and the original looked at the painting.

"Why'd you paint it?" Hayley asks as she glances back at the hybrid, curious to know why he would paint such a thing.

"Painting is a metaphor for control. Every choice is mine-- the canvas, the color. As a child, I had neither a sense of the world nor my place in it, but art taught me that one's vision can be achieved with sheer force of will. The same is true of life, provide some refuses to let anything stand in one's way." Klaus explains as he grabs the painting from her.

"However-- this particular painting you seem ever so drawn to... Is not one of my creation." Klaus tells her as he walks out of the room and towards his twin's office, Hayley following.

"If it wasn't you, then who painted it?" she inquired curiously as they entered the modern-looking office. It was bright, whites and greys everywhere. The only sense of personality and color are the paintings that littered the floor and walls.

"That would be my twin sister. I suspect she didn't think I would be having company. She tends to keep her newest paintings private, tucked away in here. If she had known I would have a guest whilst she's away on business, she wouldn't have left it out." Klaus says as he places the painting against the wall with many others.

"Come now, best not be in her office. She doesn't like anyone in here. Not even myself." Klaus states matter of factly as he ushers the werewolf out of the room after he saw her looking around.

It took Klaus physically guiding her out of the room to get Hayley to leave, as she found herself wanting to know more about this mysterious twin Klaus has spoken about, but she has never seen.

"Niklaus!" Aleksian yelled as she raced into her home, immediately dropping all her bags to find her brother.
