Chapter 8- What Happens After

Third Person POV~

Elijah threw Klaus some clothes as he woke up from being a wolf for almost two days.

"You and Aleksian have been busy." Elijah states as Klaus stands up.

"That was amazing. How long has it been?" the hybrid asks his brother.

"Almost two days. The full moon came and went and yet you and our sister remained wolves." Elijah answers.

"We can change at will then. That's good to know. I remember, every single kill."

"Yes I know. I've been cleaning your messes. Luckily our sister cleaned up her own." Elijah comments, whilst staring at his brother.

"So it's like old times then brother." Klaus says, while putting on a shoe.

"Well, you've had your fun. I believe we had a bargain." Elijah claims, passing Klaus another shoe and beginning to walk away.

"That's right! Now, what was it again? Oh yes, I remember, that's it. You wish to be reunited with our family."

"You gave me your word Niklaus."

Klaus responds whilst putting on a shirt, "And what kind of brother would break his bond. Even though you did try to kill me."

"I could have. But I didn't." Elijah retorts with a small glare placed upon his face.

"And now no one can. Not even you. Relax Elijah, all is forgiven." This makes Elijah's glared harden a little.

"Where are they? Aleksian would never tell me if I ask her, you know this. So why toy with me." Klaus smiles, "You need to lighten up. I'll bring you to them soon enough. Now, we've spoken of her and yet she is nowhere to be seen. Where is Aleksian?"

Aleksian's POV~

Walking into my kitchen after showering all the dirt and blood off, I take out a glass and pour some blood into it.

After downing it, I drink some water to get the color off my teeth and walk out the front door, heading to the Grill. I didn't feel like cooking. Sadly though, just as I reached my car, I phone rang.

"What," I asked swiftly and in my normal cold tone, I use for everyone except family and friends.

"I need you to come to Alaric's place. Please." Nik asks me.

He knows if he orders me to I wouldn't do it. "Niklaus it's like 5:00 in the evening, and I just got home, now I'm going to the Grill to eat, what could you possibly need from me?" I ask, somewhat irritated.

"Alex, I have food and blood here, and you are needed for which you shall find out once you get here. So please, don't dally along."

Groaning, I respond, "I'll be there in a few minutes. But I need someone to invite me in. I'm not standing in the doorway the whole time." with that, I hung up and drove to Alaric's apartment.

When Nik opens the door, I just stare at him blankly.
