—Jasmine can either know Jonathan before season 1 or around season 4.
—Jasmine had abusive parents that ended up accidentally killing her sometime in season 1-2. But with Hugo Strange's experiments, she was one of the ones brought back to life but was different. She became more psychotic and had the ability of dimensional manipulation, to turn anything inside out.
—Jasmine used to be a really kind kid before she was killed. Her death and being brought back to life all pulled up all of her anger that she hid down and overtook her, hence why she's so psychotic and murderous now, but she finds almost some kind of peace with Jonathan.
—Most of the story can take place after season 4 of Gotham. You can delve more into their relationship and Scarecrow's reign of terror over Gotham since they seemed to have forgotten him in season 5.
