Rory's eyes popped open. Had she really fallen asleep on the couch, at noon, while watching CNBC? This scene had become more and more common, the program on the television would be different but Rory falling asleep during atypical sleep hours was become more and more familiar.
"Welcome back to the land of the living," Logan chuckled, as he peeked around his computer.
Rory smiled, rubbing her eyes. "I really thought this tired all the time business stopped at 12 weeks. And here I am almost 22 weeks and almost certifiably a narcoleptic." She stood walking over to Logan at his desk, and wrapped her around around his shoulders. "How's the London merger going?"
Logan nodded, "Right on schedule surprisingly and better than expected, Miss Narcolepsy."
Logan had surprisingly found a way to still merge part of the Huntzberger Media Group with Odette's father's holdings without compromising any of the Huntzberger holdings and without having to travel too much. His business smarts were only outweighed by his dashing good looks and ability to hang in a Gilmore conversation, at least that is what Emily had told Rory the last time they talked. Rory had to agree though. Clearly, he had some amazing gifts in business- surely some of that had to be learned from Mitchum. One good thing his father had given him during his life.
He stood from his desk, pulling Rory in for a hug. "So, big news while you were taking your daily coma...the boys are coming into town tonight. And..."
Rory interjected. "We should get together with them. It was hard the way I left everything with them. And they are definitely always a good time." Logan nodded in agreement.
"Tonight? 7? That burger place we like?"
"We think it sounds perfect, " Rory said, rubbing her growing, round belly.
"Well, while we are talking about our little third wheel, don't you think it may be time to discuss a little, tiny, minuscule matter such as his name?"
"Nothing sounds right. We have literally been on every baby name site, Emily sent us all the family names, Honor gave us suggestions....but nothing feels right." Rory crossed her arms across her chest and went and sat cross-legged on top of the coffee table. "I mean, OUR baby needs to have a great name. A powerful name. A...A....name that people take notice of. Honor suggested Winston for pete's sake. I mean- Winston Huntzberg-" Rory stopped mid-sentence. "Logan, I think I just felt him move." Rory grabbed Logan's hand, placing on the side of her belly. A small movement rippled across her belly, causing a smile to quickly extend across both of their faces. "Definitely my son," she continued, "Food talk gets him just as excited as me."
Logan began laughing at her and knelt down in front of her. Taking her face in his hands, "He just needs A name. He will be great...and people will know how wonderful he is. But he needs a name."
She smiled in agreement. "I will keep working on it."
"Maybe one of your patented Pro-Con lists would help," Logan joked, as he headed back to his computer to finish his work. Rory whimsically slapped his shoulder.
"Don't mock, it very easily could get to that point." Rory scrunched up her nose, and playfully stuck her lounge out at him, as she walked towards the bathroom to take a shower.

"Love, you mustn't keep us waiting so long to see you next time, " Finn said, spinning Rory around into a tight hug as he breezed in to the restaurant. "I told Logan you two would be right before he knew it. I mean when I am right, I am right." He stepped back, now inspecting Rory and her growing belly. "So tell Uncle Finney-what's the John Dory with this little buggah?" Colin and Robert pushed Finn out of the way and enveloped Rory in a huge double bear hug.
Logan motioned for the group to head towards their table."Forgive us, if we tend to enjoy Rory's company a bit more than yours," Robert said, patting Logan on the back.
Logan shook his head, "So thattt's why you were so eager to come out tonight."
"Precisely why. We have had our fill of you but dear Rory. Never," Colin replied.
The group sat down at their table and Colin, Finn and Robert clamored to sit next to Rory. Finally, Finn found himself in the chair. Placing his fists under his chin, he leaned into Rory.
"Tell me everything darling." Rory smirked and began talking to the three men that she once only heard discussing Life and Death Brigade matters. As she told them about finding out she was pregnant not too long after their New Hampshire Bed and Breakfast night, she found her mind wandering to the disbelief that these three notorious playboys were literally fawning over the details of finding out she was pregnant. They only stopped momentarily so the boys could order their drinks and Rory could request a club soda with a lime from the waitress. Rory concluded telling the boys about going to London, how she told Logan and the cliff notes version of how they are now here sitting with them.
Rory turned to Logan who was sitting to her right, a smile fixed on his face throughout the entirety of her story- their story. "So, here we are with a nameless baby coming and enjoying dinner with you three."
"I am just left with one glaring question," Robert began. He cocked his head inquisitively at Logan and Rory. "Can you still have sex while she is pregnant?" Logan chuckled to himself.
"And there's the Robert we have all come to....tolerate." Logan squeezed Rory's hand. Somethings change but these three were as sure and solid in their ways as the seasons."I'm serious. I really don't know like any pregnant people...I used to pride myself in that. Making an exception because I like you two...But I really don't know...Pregnant sex? Is that a thing?"
Rory closed her eyes and shook her head as she laughed out loud. Before she could start talking, Finn interjected. "Of course you bastard, didn't you have health class at any of those boarding schools before you were expelled?"
Rory knew this conversation could go off on many tangents. She knew she needed to help them wrap it up and move on. "Yes, Robert. We, and any other couple for that matter, can have sex while their are pregnant."
Robert nodded, pleased with the answer. "Good to know, good to know. Totally making a mental note right now."The waitress returned again with their drinks and to take their food order. Rory and Logan had eaten at this place, since it was so close to Logan's new apartment, frequently so they did not even need to look at the menus to order their burgers. Finn, Colin and Robert all hit on the waitress, more than once each, while ordering so the ordering took longer than normal.
Rory leaned over to Logan and whispered in his ear. "How lucky is our son to have them as his uncles?"
Logan smiled, shaking his head to agree with her. "He is lucky...but I feel like we should be somewhat worried. What will they teach him?" He laughed. "Although, what they lacked in tact, they made up for in their loyalty."
Rory whispered to Logan to excuse herself, "This baby is going Mary Lou Retton on my bladder." Logan kissed her cheek as she stood to walk to the bathroom. She could hear the waitress still brushing off Finn's slew of pick up lines as she opened the bathroom door.
Rory checked herself out in the mirror on her way into the bathroom, and had to stop for a moment to admire her round belly that was now quite visible in her black midi dress. She smiled, rubbing her belly. 'What is your name, little guy?' She quietly asked her belly.
She turned to go into the restroom stall. Suddenly, she felt a strong cramp, and her heart began to race. Rory bent over in half, arms around her knees. The pain came on so strong and quickly, it over took Rory and before she knew it she was falling over. Trying to call out to Logan before she passed out but nothing came out but a whimper of 'Lo'.
