One year later...

Prince Lorenzo managed to keep Aurora's presence as a secret from his family, and he also kept his big secret from her that he was a Prince and a werewolf.

Months and days passed by but he didn't leave her side, he was attached to her in ways he didn't understand, she trusted him a lot as time was passing by, his love for her never fade away.
Instead, it gets bigger and deeper over time, he couldn't imagine his life without her anymore "You won't tell me about your family?" Aurora asked.

They were sitting on the grass near the river. It was close to their castle "What do you want to know?" Aurora rolled her eyes, "You always say that and distract me!" She yelled laughing, he laughed too.

"You are my family Aurora, " He said and then kissed her hand, "Don't fool me, " She laughed again

"One day you will know everyone and everything, I promise." he paused "Now eat your strawberries." He handed her one, "The weather is lovely today." Aurora said and then placed her head on his shoulder, "It is." He whispered.

"Tonight you will be gone right?" She asked sadly,

"Yes, I have too." He said, "But you don't tell me where you go, you always do that." She said with a sad voice.

"Just for two days Aurora, I'll be back." He kissed her forehead, "Let's go home." He picked her up,

"Enzo let me down." Aurora yelled laughing, "I will get dizzy,", "You will be okay, enjoy the view upside down." He laughed.

After all this time I had spent with Enzo, he was the best man I had ever known, someone I could always count on.

I lost the counting of how many times I run to his room at night hiding near him because of the sound of the thunders or from a bad nightmare I had, at first when I got to this castle I didn't allow him to sleep at the same room as mine but now he is the only person I allowed him to, because I know he won't hurt me or do anything against my will.

I trust him with my life, as days were passing by I hadn't forgotten my family even though they were not around me. I still remember them every day, how my brother Patrick was reckless, Cillian the good man that everyone loves, and Aiden the one that I had so much of his personality.

I was looking out from my window, Imagining the day that I would see them again.

"I know what you are thinking about, " I heard Enzo's voice behind her, "What I'm thinking about?" I mocked him, "Me." He said confidently, a laugh escaped from her.

"Are you okay?" He said hugging my waist, I nodded at him and then turned to look at his eyes

"Where are you going tonight Enzo?" I asked again, he huffed and went away not answering her.

"What?" I asked, "I want to know, you know I'm scared when you are not around." The last sentence came out as a whisper.

He walked again to the room "I won't be long I promise you Aurora." He held my hands and kissed them, "Orla and Cian will be with you, and they will get you anything you need." He continued.

"Okay, " I answered shortly, bending my head down. He knew that I was not pleased with his absence.

"Look at me, " He held my face in between his hands making our eyes meet, I have nowhere else to escape

"What?" I asked in a whisper, "I will miss you." Immediately a smile appeared on my face and I'm sure my cheeks turned red, I giggled a bit not knowing what to answer "I will miss you golden hair." He whispered in my ear one more time before leaving the room, I heard his talk with Orla and Cian he was giving them rules and orders about me.

I like it when he calls me "golden hair." It reminds me of home, I was curious about his disappearances now and then with Peter, I want to know what he was hiding from me!

"I will just follow him halfway, I want to know," I whispered to myself, I went to my closet and brought my big heavy cloak. It was freezing outside and the clouds were black it probably going to rain tonight.

I went downstairs making sure that Orla was in the kitchen cooking and Cian was watching the front yard garden, the backyard door was empty and no one was there. I opened the door slowly trying not to make any noise.

"Finally." I got out of the house and I saw Peter with Enzo standing outside talking and laughing but I couldn't hear them.

"Let's go it's time." I heard Enzo saying, they slid into the woods fast. I walked after them trying to make my footsteps lighter. "Here they are." She finally saw them after ten minutes of walking.
