"Mom, are u sure about this? I don't need u messing up my prom dresses" Imani said "This night is i-"

"Girl shut up. I know how to sew, trust me. There's a lot of things u don't know about me. E already been through this"

Damian walked into the kitchen "Yeap, your momma is a pro at many things" he smirked, slapping Sydney's ass as he walked passed her. Imani held a disgusting face and Sydney laughed.

"Y'all nasty"

"Ignore your father, anyway the dresses will come out amazing. U and Lona will love it"

"I hope momma, but about this kick back tonight. Who's all coming?" Imani took a sear at the island "Is Scooby coming?"

"Let me find out u like that grown ass nigga" Damian threatened "I'm telling Xavier"

"I don't like him like that, but he's cool. That's my thugga"

"Well yea, he's coming. And Chris, Hakeem, Stephanie with the baby, and Trigga" Sydney said "Nothing too big, just something with old friends"

"Can Xavier come?"

"Of course he can. U know I love Xavier, that's bae" Sydney and Damian laughed "That's what y'all kids say now right?"

"Yea momma, us kids. Not u old people"

"Old? Baby, u better let her know what this old woman about"

"Nothin on your mommas body is old, trust me" Damian chuckled and when Imani held another situating face, he laughed "I love fuckin with u baby girl, your face be funny as hell"

Imani laughed a little "I'm surprised momma not pregnant again with all the sexual activity that goes on with y'all"

The room grew quiet "Momma, are u pregnant again?" Imani asked, smiling a little.

"Well not yet, but we're trying" she answered.

"Yeap, we sure are" Damian smirked before walking out the kitchen.

"I hope u have a boy. I would love to have a younger brother." Imani smiled "How come u didn't tell anyone?"

"There's nothing to tell because I'm not pregnant" a small smile speed across her face "And I want another boy too"

"This is so exciting, but I gotta go. We'll talk more later"

Lona and Jayceone sat upstairs in his room while everyone else was out in the back for the small get together. She had on one of his shirts with her hair pulled back into a bun and Jayceone had on basketball shorts.

Soft kisses on her neck made her giggle "Jay that tickles"

"U smell good. What body wash u use?"

"Somethin coconut" she mumbled, running her fingers through his dreads "I finally believe u won't hurt me like other people have"

"Yea? " Lona nodded "Good baby"

"I didn't mean to have u wait for so long, but I had to make sure u know? I'm not used to certain things like u caring for me or even saying u love me, and meaning it. I still think things between us are kind of weird, well for me, but I'm glad u didn't give up on me"

Jayceone sat up "I would never give up on u Lo, we in this together baby. I love you"

"I love you too" Lona smiled a little. Jayceone smiled back and leaned forward, kissing her slow. He placed himself between her legs "Jay" she moaned when his kisses when towards her neck. "We can't, there's people downstairs"

"Then don't be too loud"

He entwined his fingers with Lona's and pinned her arms to the bed, sucking along her neck and jawline. Her breathing hitched and she closed her eyes tight.

"Lona, look at me" Robert whispered in her ear, pinning her arms down to the bed "Look at me" he said again, roughly sucking her neck as the grip on her arms got tighter.

The kissing and sucking turned into biting "Robert, please stop" she cried, feeling hot tears run down her face.

"Stop what baby? I'm making u feel good" he chuckled, biting her neck again.

"Please, Robert. It hurts"

Jayceone let go of Lona's arms "Baby" he called out. Her eyes were still closed and her arms were still beside her head. Left and right she shook her head slowly as she mumbled for Robert to stop. "Lona"

"U ready for me Lona?" Robert whispered, licking her neck "Cause I'm ready for u"

"I'm not ready, please stop. "

"It won't hurt this time. Just relax sweetie, I got u" he rubbed himself against Lona and she tensed up. "That's why it hurts baby, loosen up" and in one quick motion, he was balls deep. His moaning and groaning grew loud as Lona begged him to stop.

But he didn't listen.

Her eyes popped open and she quickly sat up "Oh my God" she mumbled, pulling her knees to her chest. Jayceone just watched her for awhile and when her crying got louder, he pulled her into him.

"Why won't he go away?" She cried, pulling Jayceone closer and letting her tears wet his chest "He keeps coming back"

He didn't say anything, just held her tight and eventually, the crying died down but the fear and hopelessness was still there.

"I'm sorry Jay, I didn't expect that to happen" she mumbled, lifting her head from his chest and looking up at him.

"Don't be sorry baby" he wiped her tears with the pads of his thumb.

 

The music blared through the speakers and while Imani, Xavier and Sky were in the pool, the adults were standing around the grill while Damian flipped burgers and steak.

The front door of the house opened and walking towards the loud music, he opened the screen door and stepped out.

Everyone's eyes were on him.

"Keyshawn!" Sydney yelled, rushing over to him. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she hugged him tight "What are u doing here?"

"Had to come and see the FAM right?" The front door slammed shut and tiny footsteps are heard running along the wooden floors.

"Why didn't u wait for me?" Kj, Keyshawn junior, asked "I coulda been lost"

"Boy chill, say hi to your auntie and uncle" he pushed the back of his sons head in Damian's direction "Rude ass. Anyway, what's been goin on with u? How u been baby girl?"

"Good, good. What about u? How's Audrey?"

"I'm good but we ain't together no more." He signed "Last I heard, she a druggie"

"What?" Sydney gasped "Audrey? No, that can't be right. She had a child and y'all were engaged"

"Yeap, all that's right but I called the engagement off when I caught her doin a line and kicked her out"

"Damn, how long ago was that?"

Keyshawn shrugged "About a year, but enough about all that. I came to have a good time"
