"Wassup baby girl" Jayceone smiled at his best friend Lona. Lona is a dark skinned girl with almond brown eyes and plump lips.

Jayceone threw his arm over Lona shoulders and pulled her close to him "Hey Jay" she mumbled.

He stopped walking "What's wrong?"

She shrugged "Nothing it's fine"

"Lolo, tell me"

"Robert cheated on me"

Jayceone sighed and threw his arm over her shoulders again. "Hope you broke up with his dumb ass" he mumbled. Jayceone and Robert never got along and its all because of Lona. They just have different views on how Lona should be treated.

Jayceone thinks Lona should be respected and treated like a like a Queen while Robert sees Lona as a trophy girlfriend. Someone he could show off then push her aside when it's her turn to shine.

"I did. Ion know why I even went with him. But its over with" she signed. Jayceone looked down at his best friend and kissed her forehead.

"I ain't got practice today so we going out for ice cream. No excuses. Meet me at my car after school" he moved his arm and let her walk in her last class.

Imani sat at her desk, and wrote random things down since the class had free time. Xavier sat in the seat in front of her. He turned around in his seat and passed her a note.

Go to dinner with me? Circle yes or no

Imani laughed while Xavier smiled wide "So will you?"

"I have practice and then I'm going to find a job after school. I can't"

"Come on Imani. I been tryin to take you out since 9th grade"

Imani sighed and scratched her head "I know X. I'm sorry. We can't go to dinner but we can go out for yogurt after practice OK? I'll find a job another day" she smiled.

Xavier smiled back "Good. You'll love it. Trust me"

"I better cause if I don't, no more dates"

"Wait" he said "This a date?" He asked as a big ass smile spread on his face. He's had a crush on Imani since he first laid eyes on her and the fact that he might be able to take her on a date, made him want it to be perfect.

Xavier stands at 6'2, caramel skin tone, s curl fade with Hazel eyes and dimples. His pants slightly sagging and he stay decked out in name brand. Girls around school go crazy for him but he only has eyes for Imani.

To him, she was perfect and more.

She nodded her head and smiled "Yea this is a date."

He nodded, playing off how he felt inside. He turned in his seat and faced forward with a small smile still on his face.

"Sydney, there's someone here for you" her assistant said. A few seconds later, Damian walked in her office with a bouquet of flowers.

"These are for you, beautiful" he smiled passing them to her. "I planned something special for us tonight so when you get home, get dressed by the time I get there"

"Where we going baby?" She asked.

"You know I ain't saying nothing but I gotta get back to work. Gimmie some lips"

They met each other half way and kissed passionately before Damian pulled away, winked and left to return to work.
