Liu Yang's Pov:
When she was feeling better, Liu Yang left the room to take up WuXian's offer. She walked around for a bit, thinking that wouldn't be too hard to find her way.
After what felt like an hour later, Liu Yang had been to the kitchen, the courtyard, the library, disciple dormitories; but was nowhere near the back mountain.
"Well would you look at that, idiot. You're lost." Liu Yang scolded herself, her arms akimbo as she looked around for any pathways.
She would have face-palmed but people were watching, and she'd rather not have them assume she'd lost her mind.
Because the only things she's lost is a hell a lot of blood. (And maybe braincells, but she swore she didn't hit her head.)
Liu Yang rolled her eyes and turned back the way she came from. She went to look for any disciples that could point her to the right direction.
She finally spotted two disciples and jogged up to them, "I apologise for the inconvenience, but would you mind--"
"Liu Yang, you're awake." A familiar voice sighed with a smile in their voice.
Liu Yang bit her tongue to stop her shout of surprise. She spun her body around to face the man behind her.
"Bing Wen?"
Bing Wen smiled, and Liu Yang blamed the medication the healer had put her on, for making her heart beat abnormally fast.
"Liu--I mean, Lady Liu, I came over to check on you. I didn't get the chance to see you after you regained consciousness." He said.
Liu Yang nearly jumped out of her skin when one of the Lan disciples leaned in to whisper something into her ear, "He insisted on carrying you to Cloud Recesses. He wouldn't leave until he made sure you received treatment."
The Rogue Cultivator's gazed immediately dropped to the ground. She tried to hide the blush blossoming on her cheeks.
'To whoever gave me medication, go to hell.'
She ducked her head as a sort of bow, because she was too embarass to move, "Thank, uh, thank you."
When she looks up at Bing Wen again, his cheeks were coated with a light pink colour.
Bing Wen brought his hand to the back of his neck, "I'm glad you're alright."
"I'll uh," He bows awkwardly at her, "Lady Liu, I'll let myself out." And he leaves.
Liu Yang watched Bing Wen leave, the wind playing with his long hair. She wondered if his hair was as smooth as it looked.
"Ooh...Someone's in love~" One of the Lan disciples teased in a sing-song manner.
The weird feeling was instantly purged from her system. Liu Yang frowned at the ridicule.
"JingYi, don't be rude to Lady Liu." The other Lan disciple scolded his friend lightly.
Liu Yang was about to thank him when he innocently said, "Would you prefer if I asked my Diē to plan your wedding, Lady Liu? Afterall, he did help plan my aunt's wedding."
Liu Yang's patience waned and she faces the troublemakers.
"Excuse me, do you--*gasp*"
This time, Liu Yang did scream.
