We walked into the tall building, holding rifles in our hand, not sure if they were still following the last orders Helios sent out.

"Hello!" Called out Atlas.

He was talking to Major Fredric, who at the time was evacuating Masacrow city.

"No major, you know protocol, it is prohibited for us to take citizens into military complexes, without official order. And since our official superior isn't able to speak anymore, we can't call that."

"Major..." I started.

"Oh, hello captain. I guess you overheard the results."

"Results? We've only been here for a minute." Said Remus

"Oh, well, we cannot hail the covenant vessel. The only response is static." Said atlas, as he tinkered with the communication array.

"Maybe I can have a look." William walked to the console and began to type into the computer.

"Well, now that he's dealing with that, I'd like a word captain.... Alone."

"Alright, Remus you stay here and make sure nobody doesn't do anything stupid."

"No promises...."

We walked down the corridors of the building. Looking outside at the city below.

"All this is meaningless, unless we can liberate it from the covenant once again."

"I don't think that the covenant is the only hand in this game. I believe that the imposter of Thompson may have some information for us."

"If you believe he can help us, I'm behind you."

"Thank you, major."

We walked back in the room. Remus was leaning against a wall, and William was still working on the computer. Derek was looking out the window, while Helios sat motionless.

"Helios, is it?" Atlas started.

He sat silently.

"Why don't you start speaking up, or maybe we can tighten those cuffs."

"You cannot intimidate me major. You and your soldiers will all faultier to the great odds we hold in the sky." He said as if he was staring into atlas' soul.

"Wait, what do you mean, "Great odds"?" Questioned atlas.

"Hahahahahaha, you pitiful humans never will understand the gravity of the situation you are in. The great purge is coming..... And we will pursue any resistance from our time, to the next."

"Got it!!" Yelled William.

"Good, now shut him up so I can deal with this." .

Meanwhile, on the Shadow of Intent

"Shipmaster, the humans hail us from Harmony."

"About time he calls...."

"Shipmaster, the forward command push against our shield." Said a random elite.

"What?" Said the shipmaster.

Suddenly another elite attacked the shipmaster. He began to fight them off. Eventually, the elite was brought to the floor by the mass number of elites.

"What is this betrayal!?" He shouted.

The first elite walked up to him, an before the shipmaster's eyes turned into a robot-like spartan.

"A... Spartan?"

"No, I am..... We are, the disciples of destruction, brought to life by humanities past. We are the past, and future. The destruction of humanity and the Sanghili."

"Why are you--"

"Shut up. Or I'll kill what's left of your fleet." He said as he held a magnum to the shipmaster's head.

"What do you want from us?"

"All I need is for you to leave, tell the humans your leaving planet. That's all."

"You lie."

"I do not. Ill leave you to decide the fate of your fleet"

"Ruhh, fine," he opens comm channel with the outpost Connor hailed from," captain... I understand you hailed me."

"Yes! Shipmaster recall your troops! We have the man we believe you are searching for!"

"Ah, Helios. He has killed many off my kind. I thank you kindly captain. I will send a transport to commandeer him. You have my upmost praise."

"I will arrange a meet point shipmaster."

"As you do captain. The tides will change."

"Yes, they will soon."
