The Kybuck Clan reached Beacon where Grimm and White Fang forces were attacking the Academy. Blake and Weiss along with Team SHDW fight alongside Atlesian AK-200s.
Petro: Did we miss the party?!
Weiss: I wouldn't exactly call this a party!
Katooni: We're here to help you hold the line!
With that, the Jedi of the Kybuck Clan ignited their Lightsabers and formed a defensive position. The battle for Beacon had begun as they cut down any Grimm that stood in their way.
Zatt: These Grimm don't give up!
Petro: Neither will we!
The Jedi continued to cut down the Grimm while Blake and Weiss along with Team SHDW fought alongside them. As the Jedi fought, something changed in the Atlesian AK-200s. Their visors turned crimson red and began firing on the Atlesian Troopers. A group of them set their blasters towards the Jedi. Memories of Order 66 began flooding their minds.
Ganodi: Behind us!
Gungi and Byph began cutting down nearby Atlesian AK-200s while Zatt and Ganodi began covering Blake and Weiss. Seeing this deeply disturbed Katooni as she recalled memories of the night the Jedi Temple fell. She remembered the nightmares she had since then. Her greatest fear was losing those precious to her. She then heard the words of the Dark Man echoing in her head.
The Dark Man(Voice): Tell me what you regard as your greatest strength, so I will know how best to undermine you; tell me of your greatest fear, so I will know which I must force you to face; tell me what you cherish most, so I will know what to take from you; and tell me what you crave, so that I might deny you.
Katooni: (No! Not again! I won't let it happen again!)
Katooni tightly gripped her Lightsaber and began cutting down the rogue Atlesian Droids with a type of ferocity that she had never felt before. Mordred paid close attention to the way Katooni fought.
Mordred: (Fascinating.)
Mordred then coordinated Team SHDW in a relentless assault against both the Grimm and the rogue Atlesian Droids while the Jedi maintained their defensive perimeter. As a group of Atlesian Droids began to swarm Blake and Weiss, Petro used Shatterpoint to pinpoint the weak point of a nearby downed Bulkhead.
Petro: BLAKE! PRINCESS! HIT THE DECK NOW!
Blake and Weiss fell back as Petro threw his Lightsaber at the Bulkhead. The Lightsaber pierces through the hull of the Bulkhead. The Lightsaber then pierces through the Bulkhead's fuel tank, causing a huge explosion that takes out nearby Atlesian Droids.
Petro: Ha! Stupid Clankers!
At this point in the battle, Blake and Weiss part ways. Weiss remained with the Kybuck Clan and Team SHDW while Blake made her way inside Beacon.
Weiss: This is quite the mess we're in!
Petro: We gotta make our stand, Princess!
Katooni: Petro's right! We can't let them win! No matter what happens, we must stand strong against them!
In that moment, the Kybuck Clan led the defense as they charged the enemy using their Lightsaber skills as well as their Force abilities. Soon enough, Ruby along with Team JNPR, Team CFVY and others joined the fight.
Petro: About time you showed up! What took you so long?!
Ruby: Ran into some Grimm along the way!
Petro: Glad you can join us! There's plenty of Grimm to go around!
Suddenly, a titanic Wyvern flying over Vale. It towers over Beacon as it lets out an earth shattering roar. The Wyvern excretes a black, tar-like substance which drops to the ground in the city of Vale and spawns various Grimm. As the Grimm began to take form and begin attacking Vale, it became clear that this battle was only the beginning.
Byph: Guys....
Zatt: Okay....this is bad.
Petro: At this rate, we won't even make a dent! They'll just keep coming!
Katooni then turns to see Pyrrha running towards Ozpin's office with Jaune running in after her.
Katooni: Pyrrha!
Petro: Where the hell is she going?!
Katooni: I know where she's going! She's going to Ozpin! We need to go after her! Petro!
Petro: On it!
Zatt: Wait! What about us?!
Petro: Hold the line!
Without warning, Katooni and Petro went after Pyrrha while the rest of the Kybuck Clan stayed behind to fend off the Grimm attack. Meanwhile under an archway up a building overlooking the battle, Cinder along with Emerald and Mercury watch the battle while Mercury films it on his scroll.
Cinder: Beautiful.
Emerald: It's almost sad.
Cinder: It's horrendous. Focus on the Atlesian Knights.
Mercury: Oh, I'm getting all of it.
Cinder: Good. Continue the broadcast until the end.
Darth Jadus then approaches them from the shadows. He observes the chaos with satisfaction. Out of the corner of his eye, he sees Katooni and Petro running after Pyrrha. Cinder then turns her attention to Mercury.
Cinder: And do not miss what happens next.
Darth Jadus watched the chaos with a deep appreciation. He could feel the terror in the hearts of those affected. It was a symphony and he was the conductor.
Darth Jadus: The chaos and terror that has occurred will send a ripple through this world. Soon, all shall revel in fear and degradation. Cinder Fall, I shall accompany you to your objective.
Cinder: Very well, Jadus.
With that, Darth Jadus accompanied Cinder. They began making their way to Beacon Academy as the battle rages across Beacon. Terror and chaos had gripped all of Vale. It was up to the Jedi and the Huntsmen to make their stand against the rising tide.
