Fallan:

After trudging through the forest for a few minutes, we reached a clearing with a single cottage and stable. A woman stood in front of the door, hands clasped together and a warm smile on her face. Her face was only lit up by the soft glow emanating from the cottage, but I could tell she was beautiful even at a distance. She was dressed in simple clothes - a white shirt and a brown skirt, but it was her face that shocked me. To put it simply; she was angelic.
"Erwin!" She beamed, then looked to me and Levi. I was confused at the lack of title used towards the Commander, she must've not had any military affiliation.
"This must be Fallan, and Levi! Oh come in, come in! I've prepared tea and blankets!"
I looked to Levi, who had the same shocked expression on his face I'm sure was evident on mine too.
"This is Laurie Hazel, a good friend of mine." Erwin said softly, smiling back at her with a look of adoration. I sincerely doubted she was simply a friend.
Laurie pushed open the door with her foot and beckoned us in. Of course, her house was as welcoming as she was. It smelled of firewood and red berries.
"Erwin's been telling me all about you, only great things of course!" She laughed, settling down in an arm chair. I took a seat on the settee and watched as Levi plopped himself down next to me, shuffling awkwardly.
"Thank you for all of this Laurie," I smiled gently at her, but her grin only grew as she waved her hands.
"Oh it's nothing sweetie! Erwin never comes to visit anymore, I'll take any excuse I can get." She scowled mockingly at the Commander, who only rolled his eyes and took a seat on the armchair next to Laurie.
"Now unfortunately, I do only have one guest bedroom, but I'm sure you can squeeze in, or one of you can stay in here," She began, and I felt Levi tense next to me.
"Three in one bed? Damn, I'll take the floor." He grumbled, and I elbowed him in the ribs. I looked to Laurie to see if she'd taken any offence, but instead she looked rather flustered, as did Erwin.
"Well actually," the Commander cleared his throat, "There will only be the two of you."
"But where will you sleep-" Levi began, earning another elbow.
"Levi!" I hissed under my breath.
"Oh." He muttered, leaning back in his seat. I smiled sheepishly at the pair opposite us.
"Well, it's getting rather late," Laurie began, standing up and brushing herself down. The blush still hadn't completely drained from her pink cheeks. "If you don't mind, I'll be off to bed! Lovely meeting you both, let me know if there's anything I can do to help."
She scurried off promptly after that, eager to escape the awkward situation. I sighed and glared at Levi, who had the remnants of a smirk on his face.
"Well aren't you quite the dark horse, Commander." Levi mused, stretching his arm to rest on the back of the couch behind my shoulders. I tensed up at the action, uncomfortable at the idea of being in such a close proximity with him in front of Erwin.
"As are you, I'm quite sure." He replied, raising an eyebrow at the gesture. The Commander stood and stifled a yawn. "I suppose I'd better follow her."
"Don't be too loud, some of us will be trying to sleep." Levi called out after him, but Erwin simply winked in response.
"By the walls." I muttered under my breath, and I heard Levi exhale slightly next to me.
"I'll take the sofa, you can have the bed." He mumbled sleepily, stretching his legs out. For some strange reason, I felt a pang of hurt at his quick decision to not share the bed with me. I wasn't sure why, it's not like I wanted to sleep with him anyway. Or did I?
Of course, my face had let on far too much, as he raised his eyebrow at me, and amusement glinted in his eyes.
"Don't look so disappointed. If you wanted to sleep with me all you had to do was ask."
My cheeks felt on fire as I scooted away from him, a disgusted look on my face.
"Don't make ridiculous statements like that." I grumbled, crossing my arms and glaring at him. He shrugged and stood up, stretching his arms above his head. His untucked shirt rosed up a little, and a slither of his defined stomach was exposed - I couldn't help but stare. This only made the furious blush on my cheeks deepen.
"Pervert."
Shit.
"Were you expecting me not to look?" I raised an eyebrow at him challengingly, but he simply grabbed the crook of my arm and hauled up me to stand in front of him.
"Not expecting, no..." Levi rasped, and stood a step towards me, "But I was hoping you would."
"And I'm the pervert?"
He rolled his eyes and turned his back to me, making his way down the hallway.
"Are you coming or not?" He called, looking back to me as he reached the doorway that was presumably the spare room. I sighed and shuffled down the hall towards him, earning a small victorious smirk from the raven haired male.
