Renae's POV

Renae watched her grandfather's grave silently. The chilly wind didn't really bug Renae. She paused hearing the crackling of twigs behind her. She looked behind her and could see Rosalina stop by a different grave. Renae rolled her eyes and turned back to her grandfather's grave. She waved her finger in the air and some flowers appeared. She grabbed the flowers and laid them on the grave.

"I love you Papa..." she whispered. She stood up and decided to visit her parents grave. She turned, and then realized that Rosalina was right beside her parents graves, "Great." She groaned.

She made her way over and stopped by the graves and sat down. She glanced over at the grave Rosalina was at and could see the name. Rosie Ella Aarons. Renae was tempted to say something but turned her attention back to her parents grave.

"So why are you here?" Renae looked up at Rosalina, who's gaze didn't leave the grave.

"Oh. My parents... they died four years ago.. and my grandfather..." Renae shrugged.

"Really?" Rosalina looked over at Renae's parents' grave. "I'm visiting my grandmother. She died just last year..."

"We're you close?" Renae asked, glancing over at the red haired witch.

Rosalina shrugged. "I guess you could say that. We visited her a lot... But she preferred my older sister Caroline."

"That sucks... I'm an only child, so I wouldn't know.." Renae said.

"Yea... And it's funny because I was named after her.." Rosalina let out a dry laugh.

"Well then how about I call you Rosie." Renae gave a nervous smile.

Rosalina was quiet.. before nodding. "Sure.." Renae the felt as Rosalina punched her in the arm.

"Hey! What was that for!" Renae snapped narrowing her eyes.

"Just know that this doesn't make us friends!" Rosalina snarked.

"Glad it didn't....." Renae growled, but she then looked away. "But if you need.. I'm always open to talk.."

Rosalina nodded, "Same here." She pulled out a peace of paper and wrote down some numbers and passed it over.

Renae looked at the number and folded the paper and stuffed it in her pockets. She the noticed Rosalina shiver. "Are you cold?"

"Yeah.. I was stupid and forgot to grab one.." Rosalina said.

Renae took off her jacket and handed it over. "Here you can keep it.. And I agree with the part of you being stupid."

Rosalina shot her glare, and then snatched the jacket and slipped it on. "For a peasants jacket... It's pretty warm."

"Gee thanks.."

"You're welcome. It's the best compliment you can get from me. I mean have you seen your clothes!" Rosalina laughed.

Renae wrinkled her nose, "I can leave right now!" She stood up and turned, but then felt something grab her sleeve.

"No don't go.. I don't want to be alone..." Rosalina broke her gaze and stared at the ground.

Renae gave a small nod and sat back down. "So what's your back story?"

"My parents love me a lot... they get me anything I want.... but to be honest.. I don't really like it.. it gets annoying and plus they want me to marry this dude. I'm only 17! How am I suppose to get married!"

"Can't say I relate.. my parents loved me yes... but they wasted their money on Apple blood, so I hardly had anything.." Renae moved her hair to the side revealing a scar on the back of her neck. "They would throw bottles at me. I was.. Titan.. maybe about 12? 11? When they dropped me off at my grandfathers and went and got themselves killed." She sighed and looked over at Rosalina, who was just staring at the grave. Renae couldn't help but scan the other witch. "So what is your track? I'm healing.."

"Bard track." Rosalina blinked. Her scroll rung and she pulled it out. ".. I gotta get home.."

Renae nodded, "Do you want your hoodie back?" Rosalina asked.

Renae shook her head, "Nah. You can keep it."

Rosalina smiled and stood up. "Cya.."

Renae waved bye, "Cya Rosie.."
