I closed my eyes, Hope's purring was always soothing. I looked over to Henry and Lucky who were talking non-stop. Renae and Allina were talking while Rosie picked at her food with her fork. Renae seemed to notice it.

"Hey Rosie what's wrong?" She said turning to her girlfriend.

Rosie shot Allina a glare, "Nothing. Everything is just fine."

I shook my head I heard a tray place beside me and I looked over. I paused seeing Luz, "Luz? What are you doing over here."

The human laid her head down, "There wasn't a spot at my table."

I looked back at her table where Willow, Gus, Amity and the new girl sat.

"What do you mean there wasn't a spot?" Hope asked.

"Exactly what it means. That new girl took my spot." She growled.

"Who Emerald?" Renae said raising an eyebrow.

"Yea.." Her brown haired human lifted her head, "I was going to ask Amity to the Charles Day thingy, but Emerald beat me to it." She growled.

Me and Hope exchanged a glance. I gently patted Luz's back.

"Oh that reminds me Renae. Would you like to hang with me at the Charles Day sleep over at Bosche's?" Allina asked, a big smile on her face.

I noticed Rosie shoot the witch a glare. "Sorry Allina. I'm going with Rosie. But we can definitely hang out there." Renae said glancing over silently begging for help.

Luz blinked at us. Hope nudged me to switch places. I knew that her and Luz had a friendship before I came. I stood up and swapped places with her. She wrapped her arm around Luz, "It'll be okay. I'm sure Emerald can't hog Amity forever. Especially with her having-" Hope cut herself off and cleared her throat.

Luz nodded, that reasoning seemed to satisfy her.

I walked with Renae and Allina. The chilly wind was hard to ignore.

"Hey! Renae!" I looked back and could see Hope running over.

"Hey babe. What's going on." I froze noticing she was wearing a grudgby uniform. My cheeks grew a light pink and I looked away.

Renae perked up, "Right! I forgot about practice!"

"You signed up for Grudgeby?" Allina asked.

"Yea, me and Hope did." She said. "Having Bosche as team captain is going to be a nightmare, but it's going to be fun."

"Yea. Hey why not come watch us?" Hope asked nudging me.

"Yes!" Allina said before I could say no. I glared at her as Renae and Hope walked ahead. The white eyed witch met my gaze, "What? I want to see Renae in a uniform, and by your face you want to see Hope in a uniform." She teased.

My face burning now, I growled; "why do you care so much about Renae! She has a girlfriend."

Allina shrugged, "I honestly don't know. Maybe just because I was close to Renae I just want to be near?" She said, "Anyways let's catch up." She smiled cheerfully and ran ahead.

I don't think that's the reason...
