A New Ranger

Chapter 9 (First Morph)

The three teens stood there in shock, before Tori scoffed in disbelief. "Yeah right." She said as she shook her head. "Yeah see. I knew it dude! I was right! Power Rangers are real!" Exclaimed Dustin as he grabbed the morpher with a yellow coin on it. As Dustin backed away, Tori stepped forward, grabbing the morpher with a blue coin on it. "Whatever." She said with a smile recovering from her shock. "No way." Said Shane as he reached into the box and pulled out the final morpher. As Cam backed away, Tori, Shane, and Dustin attached their morphers to their wrists.

"Dustin, child of the earth. True to your heart. You will embody the powers of the yellow wind ranger! Tori fluid and graceful like the water. You will become the blue wind ranger. Shane reaching for the stars. You will command the powers of the red wind ranger." Said Sensei. "From this point you will be known as the wind power rangers, protectors of the earth." The moment of awe was interrupted by Shane asking." So what exactly does this thing do?" "Where's the switch?" Tori asked as she looked down at her morpher in confusion. "Does it have any games or what?" Dustin asked as he started looking for buttons on the morpher. "No it doesn't have games." Tori said, not even surprised at Dustin's questions anymore. "Ladies and gentlemen, the defenders of the galaxy." Cam said with a smirk, as the other three students started arguing. A beeping came from the computer, drawing everyone's attention. "Quickly Lothor's army is attacking. You must intercept them. Call on your powers by saying, Ninja Storm Ranger Form." The seriousness of the situation finally hit the three rangers as their smiles disappeared and they all nodded to their sensei. 

"Hey! Looking for us!" Yelled Shane, as he, Dustin, and Tori climbed down the rocks, towards a strange looking monster. "It's them!" The monster yelled. "Okay!" Shane said as he moved the morpher towards his face, only to realize he didn't remember what to say. "Ninja Storm... What is it again?" Shane asked as he looked over at Dustin. "Ninja Storm Ranger Form." Cam said through the communicators on the morphers.

"Dude watch and learn." Said Dustin as he walked forward. Cracking his neck, and stretching Dustin lifted two fingers to the sky. "Ninja Storm Ranger Form. Ha!" A tornado came out of the morpher, making a yellow suit appear on Dustin. The visor snapped closed, as Dustin slammed his foot, down on the earth, and a volcano erupted in the background. "Power of earth." Said Dustin as an emblem appeared behind him."Oh. Oh yeah baby!" Said Dustin when his morphing sequence was over. "Well I guess, no one's laughing at the comic book geek now. Are they?" Dustin asked Shane and Tori. Following Dustin, Tori and Shane raised two fingers two the air, and yelled out. "Ninja Storm Ranger Form!" A tornado came out of Shane's morpher as a red suit appeared on his body. The visor snapped closed as Shane stood in the clouds. "Power of air!" Shane yelled, as an emblem appeared  behind him. 

A tornado appeared around Tori as a blue suit formed on her body. A wave formed behind Tori as her visor snapped closed. "Power of water!" Tori yelled as an emblem appeared behind her. "Attack!" The monster yelled, once all three, were done morphing. "Wind Rangers, ninja swords!" Tori, Shane and Dustin yelled, as a mob of kelzacks appeared. Tori, Dustin, and Shane split up, as they ninja streaked towards their opponents. 

"All right boys! Step aside! " Shane yelled as he flew through the air, slashing his opponents with his sword. "On your left!" Shane yelled as he flipped off of a tree. "All in the wrist!" Shane fire several beams at the kelzacks, making them fall to the ground, and disappear. 

"And it's also a handy laser blaster." Said Tori as her sword changed form into a blaster. Tori ran across the water, shooting at the kelzacks on the bank. "What's wrong? Never seen a girl in blue spandex walk on water?" Tori asked with sarcasm. 

Dustin was underground attacking the kelzacks above him with his sword. Flipping out of the ground, Dustin celebrated his success at not getting stuck in the ground. "Yeah it worked!" Dustin stabbed the sword into the ground, blowing up the kelzacks in front of him. "Good job Dustin!" Cam said back at the command center, as he watched the battle on the computer. 

Meanwhile Lothor was not happy, as he watched the battle below. "Power rangers?No body told me there would be power rangers!" Lothor yelled in outrage. "Your impressive against our kelzacks, but you didn't really think that was all we had did you?" Yelled out the monster as he shot a beam towards the three rangers. "Hey guys check me out!" Said Shane as he flew through the air on his red hang glider. "This is what I call getting some air!" "We've got ya covered." Said Tori as she flew in on her blue hang glider. "On your wing!" Yelled Dustin as he appeared in his yellow hang glider. "I'm going in." Said Shane as he flew directly at the monster, before picking him up. "No. Put me down." Said the monster. "You got it!" Said Shane as he followed the monster's orders. "I'm afraid of heights!" Yelled the monster, as he fell through the air and hit the ground with a thud.  

"That's it!" Said the monster, his mind clouded with anger as he pulled himself from the hole shaped as his body. Before he could attack, Dustin, Tori, and Shane hit him with their swords, sending him flying. "Hawk Blaster, fired up!" Shane yelled. "Sonic Fin, sound off!" Tori yelled as she pulled out her weapon. "Lion Hammer, ready to roar!" Dustin said, as he finished the line up. "Beat this blue dude!" Yelled Dustin as he hit the ground with his hammer, raising the monster into the air, and then dropping him. Before hitting the ground again, making the monster fly into the air again, before falling to the ground. "Ready for a workout? And one and two, and spin, and work those abs, work it." Tori yelled into her weapon. The monster was picked up off the ground from the sound waves, and spun in a circle. "And down." Tori said, dropping the monster for the fourth time. "Is it hot out here, or is it just you?" Said Shane as he fired up his blaster. Before shooting him, making the monster fall over. "Let's put um together guys!" Shane yelled, as  they formed a weapon, out of the hawk blaster, lion hammer, and sonic fin. "Storm Striker!" They yelled together, before getting into their positions. "Oh I'm so scared!" Taunted the monster. "Ready?" Dustin asked. "Fire!" Yelled Shane as he puled the trigger. A large ball formed out of energy blew the monster up.

"That really just happened. Right?" Shane said in shock as his visor raised. "I'm pretty sure it did." Said Tori with her visor up too. "Now that was awesome." Said Dustin doing a handshake with Shane.

Hey guys, I'm sorry it took me so long to update, but I have been sick, babysitting, doing essays, and shopping for party stuff. Anyway I hope you guys liked this chapter, because the battles are a pain in the but to type. But if you liked it then I am going to continue, putting every detail down and not just skipping to then end of the battle. Any who, I was going to put Aria into this chapter, when I realized, that I wanted to add her into the ranger business a little later. I am going to keep you in suspense for that part. Any way I hope you guys liked it. BYE!!!!
