(Storm Chargers)

Dustin and Kelly are standing in the back of the store, checking their bags. They were going to go up to the tracks to try and get some fast times. Kelly looked over to the door, when the ball rang. A smile appeared on her face when she saw her young brunette friend. "Hey Aria!" Called Kelly, as she walked over to Aria. "Hey volpe." Said Aria as she set her school bag onto the counter.  "How was school?" Asked Kelly, as she led her friend towards Dustin. "It was okay, but really boring." "How can it be really boring, when you're in all the really hard classes?" Asked Dustin as he wiped his oily hands onto a rag. "Because I know what they are teaching." Said Aria as she rechecked Dustin's work on his bike. Dustin was a good mechanic, but Aria was better.

"So how's it look?" Asked Dustin. "Good." Answered Aria, as she smiled at her goofy friend. "Hey Aria why don't you come to the track with us?" He asked as she pulled herself up onto the counter, he was leaning against. "I would, but I don't have any of my stuff with me." She explained. "Well we could always stop at our apartment to grab your things then go to the track." Said Kelly as she walked  over to her friends. "Sure that could work. As long as I can be done before five." Agreed Aria as she jumped off the counter and walked towards her bike, which was leaning against the wall. "Why do you have to be done by five?" Asked Dustin, confused on why she couldn't stay longer. "I have a class to teach remember? Hey Dustin can you open the doors for the van.?" Asked Aria as she rolled her bike towards the van, so she could load it up. "Yeah sure." He answered as he ran past her and opened the two doors. "Here let me help you with that." Said Dustin as he reached over to help her with the bike. "I got it." She said,  as she smacked his hands away. She lifted it up and set it inside, making sure it was secure, she closed the doors, and walked back towards the store. "How did, but the bike, you lifted it?" Stuttered Dustin. He was slightly confused on how a girl who barely weighed one hundred pounds could lift a bike, almost twice her weight "It's a secret!" She yelled over her shoulder as she walked over to Kelly, to tell her they were ready.

"Cool I'll just let John know that he's in charge while I'm gone." While Kelly went to do that, Aria went over to her backpack to make sure she had everything. Pulling out her planner she quickly looked through it, mentally checking off assignments in her head. Okay I have everything I need. Zipping up her backpack, she slid one arm over her shoulder, and checked her pocket for the house key. Good I didn't forget that either. Thought Aria once she felt the key i her back pocket. "Ready to go Volpe?" Asked Aria as she walked over to the van, where Dustin was standing. "Yup." Kelly called back, as she ran out of the store and to the driver's door. "I call shotgun!" Yelled Aria as she dove past Dustin, and into the car. "Hey!" Whined Dustin as he climbed into the back. "I wanted the passenger's seat." "Oh well you were too slow." Taunted Aria as she stuck her tongue out at him. Dustin turned his face away from her and pouted. 

Seeing her friend turning away, Aria turned towards Kelly and started a conversation. "So we're going to my apartment then the tracks right Volpe?" Asked Aria. "Yup." Answered Kelly, as she pulled into a parking lot. "Here we are." Said Kelly, as she stopped the car, out front of Aria's apartment complex. "K give me one minute." Said Aria as she grabbed her backpack and jumped out the door.  Aria ran up two flights of stairs and over to her door. Quickly inserting the key she pulled the door open, and ran to her room. Pulling on her motocross gear, she ran out the door, locked it, and flew down the  steps. Not literally of course.
