Running toward Bael who had her brother pinned, Malibu didn't even think about it. What was on her mind was saving her brother, from the fangs of death. Just before she got to them, did another shadow emerge from the side quickly before her.

Realistically it was normal to think that it was an enemy, for she was in a different territory. But what happened next was something very different, and it took Malibu's racing mind time to realize it. This shadow was no foe, but an ally.

"...Dad!?!" gasped Malibu as she watched her father lunge at Bael and actually force him off of Jr.

Mamba glared sharply at Bael after getting him off of his son, his posture was then shifted to a stance which was ready for a fight. He then snarled out, "Back off from my kids!?!"

"YOU!?!" snarled Bael venomously as he showed all of his fangs within his mouth after seeing Mamba. The pitch black raptor looked at Mamba, like he was a parasite. Those garnet eyes of his even showed full blown hostility at Mamba and his offspring. "I should of known!?!"

Mamba kept snarling at Bael with a fierce gaze, his black quill like feathers were up to show his aggression.

Bael was doing the same thing as Mamba, as he let out a shrill but harsh like growl which sounded quite intimidating. This growl that was made, didn't suit him and yet it came from him as clear as day. He sounded quite bigger than what he was, and that was startling.

The both of them were on opposite sides of the other, as they flashed fangs and talons at each other. What they were doing was showing off their weapons and aggression, in hopes of intimidating one away. Which didn't happen.

Of course it should of been expected, for they were enemies.

Mamba stayed where he was in front of his offspring, much like Bael who was in front of his own son.

It was pretty much anyone's move at this point, for both of them didn't even move in the slightest. The only thing that was moving was their talons and sickle claws, that tapped on the night covered ground.

Malibu and Jr could only watch what was about to take place before them, much like Bael's son who watched with bated breath.

"I am going to kill you this time!" hissed Bael in all of his aggression as he bared his fangs.

"No way you creep!" barked Mamba loudly in defiance. "I have come way too far to give up now!"

Slowly but surely did Mamba move, but he moved left while Bael went right. They were circling each other under the moonlight, as snarls and hisses escaped from their shivering lips.

Eyes which belong to Malibu looked at her friend on the opposite side of her, and honestly she felt her eyes begin to tear up. She didn't want this to happen, she really didn't.

All that she wanted to do was see her friend one last time, but that was not meant to be. Plus she saw her brother get pinned by Bael, and he almost would of died if it wasn't for their father. Who just came in at the knick of time.

As both Mamba and Bael continued to circle each other, the first to break it was Bael as he released a shrill but aggressive cry. Mamba of course saw him coming and stood his ground. His amber eyes were narrowed, as Bael closed in.

Bael lunged at him, and Mamba was quick to run at him while lowering his body in order to dodge the lunge. It worked luckily enough.

By the time he successfully dodged it, did he attack Bael swiftly in hopes of getting the upper hand. His fangs hit his mark, as he snapped his jaws onto the side of Bael's neck. The aroma and taste of blood, was quick to permeate his mind.
No doubt that scent was in the air now.
