It was around 4 in the morning.Obviously everyone in Divinus Magia was asleep...er,almost everyone.At first,Blake just couldn't sleep,no matter what she did,and she couldn't figure out why. Eventually,she had eventually gone to sleep..but had a multitude of nightmares and couldn't fall asleep after that.She sighed as she got up out of bed and went across to Lucas' house.She hated to bug him but she was tired,and Lucas was the first person that came to mind that would be willing to help.She knocked on his door,and at first didn't get an answer...it being 4 am this made since,and she was about to go back home and just figure something out.But then she heard rustling inside and Lucas opened the door,obviously looking tired."U-Uh- Hey,Blake..what's up..?" Lucas' words slurred a bit,showing that he had just woken up."Hey..sorry to bug you,but I can't sleep..I was wondering if maybe I could stay with you for tonight..?" Lucas was quiet for a moment,taking that in."U-Uhm- Okay,yeah,come in." Blake walked inside."Once again,sorry for bugging you,its like 4 in the morning-"
"It's- Fine.Here,we can watch a movie,because that usually makes me fall asleep,soo..yeah." Blake nodded and sat on the floor in front of the couch,oddly,as Lucas brought out a couple blankets and pillows and set up the movie.Lucas sat down next to her."So what movie did you pick?"
"Eh,I don't know really.I just grabbed one." Blake chuckled a little."Sounds good to me." The 2 watched the movie for a while before Blake eventually drifted off to sleep,leaning on Lucas' shoulder.Lucas smirked at her,and just continued watching the movie before he drifted off to sleep himself.
The next morning...
David was walking to Lucas' house,looking for him...the 2 were late for a guild meeting.David knocked on his door."Oi! Puddle! Wakey wakey,we have a meeting!" No answer,Lucas and Blake were still asleep on the floor together.David,being the person he was,just barged in.He gasped dramatically at Lucas and Blake sleeping on the floor and said loudly,"Lucas!" Lucas and Blake were both startled awake and Lucas groaned at the sight of David."Good morning to you too David.." Lucas said.Blake sighed tiredly."Yes,good morning! What are you doing?!"
"I was sleeping until someone rudely awakened me."
"Yeah,what he said.."Blake mumbled."Alright you 2 lovebirds,wake yourselves up and get your asses to the guildhall!" And with that David walked out.Lucas sighed."I apologize for him."
"There's nothing to be sorry for,David is David." Blake and Lucas chuckled."Welp," Lucas got up."I'll clean all this up,you go ahead to the guildhall."
"Are you sure?"
"Uh-huh." Blake smiled and kissed Lucas on the cheek before skipping out.Lucas froze for a moment,a hand on his cheek before he sighed happily and started cleaning.
