"Come on,please?" David begged. Lucas sighed. "Fine! Fine,let's go."

"Yes!!" David ran off towards his house as Lucas chuckled. He'd never seen David so excited about something out side of things like beer,beating people up,Plant,beating people up,and even then he was never purely excited about those. But for some reason he was excited about..ice skating? Don't get Lucas wrong,with David being an ice devil slayer it made sense,but it was still a bit questionable.

Later that day

"Come on come on! I know the perfect place!" Lucas chuckled as David lead him,Blake,Plant,Devin and the twins toward...somewhere,but apparently it was somewhere where they could ice skate like David had been asking Lucas for a while. "Ah,here we are!" It was a small clearing surrounded by trees,with a frozen lake. It was very pretty,making everyone gaze at it a bit. "Wow,this place is..beautiful." Devin commented as David grinned. "Now c'mon! Let's go ice skate!" David threw on his ice skates and went on to the ice,not really waiting for everyone else...not that anyone else knew how to ice skate. Lucas knew a little bit,so did the twins,but Blake,Devin and Plant had no clue how. Once they got their skates on,those 3 very reluctantly went on the ice. Brandon was carrying Plant as Ritchie helped Devin and Lucas helped Blake. "aHhh Ritchie I'm gonna fAll-" Ritchie chuckled. "Don't worry I got ya." Blake wasn't taking any chances,she was attached to Lucas' arm and didn't plan on letting go. She did loosen up though when she saw David. "Wow,look at David!" David was having the time of his life,making figure eights and showing off a bit. "How is he so good at this?!" Lucas gave her a look. "Right..ice devil slayer. But look at him,he's amazing!"

David was the happiest he's ever been in a very long time. Ice skating was something he did with his mother ever since he could walk (quite literally) before she died when he was 6. "He looks so happy." Lucas said with a small smile. "Yeah,he does!"

"I think it has something to do with his mother..I've told you about that." Blake nodded as she and everyone else watched. David leaped into the air before landing perfectly on the ice,stumbling a bit but saving it with another trick,earning an applause from the other people,making him- Surprisingly- Blush a tiny bit. "Awh the big tough ice devil slayer is flustered."

"Shut up raindrop,it's not like you don't get flustered with that little girlfriend of yours!"
