Irreplaceable pt.1

In the middle of a night
"Jung Kook..."
Rosé mumbled during her dream.Y/N woke up instantly after hearing other's name coming out from her girlfriend's mouth.She didn't wake Rosé up though as she knew that she needs to get some sleep after the long tiring day.

"Don't leave me..."
Y/N puts Rosé's hand away from her chest,she is definitely not in a good mood right now.It breaks her heart to hear her girlfriend whining out another person's name although she is the one she is committed to right now.Rosé is still not awake whilst Y/N is looking at her with mixed feelings.She knows what Rosé has been through,she was there with her through the thick and thin for the past five years,unlike the jerk who left her without a word.She decided to wake Rosé up ultimately as she can't bear to see her suffering any longer or maybe she just doesn't want to continue to hear the name again.

"Rosie,wake up,you're having a nightmare,"
She cooed her patiently.

When Rosé heard Y/N's voice,she woke up immediately and hugged Y/N tightly.

"Jung Kook,it's you,"
Y/N almost let out a tsk sound as she is very upset deep down inside her heart but she realised that Rosé is not even at her clear state of mind so there is no point from doing that. She could only hug her back and coax her.

"Baby,you alright?"
She asked gently.Rosé separated the hug quickly only to see Y/N's face with a concern look on it.Her facial expression showed a flash of disappointment but it is replaced with a smile instantly.Y/N knew her like her own hands,of course she understands what Rosé feels although it's just that one second.

"Yeah,do I wake you up?I'm so sorry,"

"Just want to make sure you feel alright,maybe you should sleep here by yourself tonight,so that you could feel more comfortable,"
She kindly leaves out the remaining space for Rosé but Rosé pulled her back down on the bed in no time.Actually,it's more like she needs her own space to calm down herself,she is not mad at Rosé but it's hard for her to face her right after she cuts her heart into million pieces.

"Don't go,I need you to be with me,"
Y/N let out a heavy sigh since she knows that Rosé only wants her to be there because something about her makes Rosé feel like Jung Kook is there.In another word,she doesn't need Y/N to be there but the feeling of Jung Kook to be there.Not going to lie,Y/N hates to be Jung Kook's replacement,but she had to admit that this is the only way she could stay with Rosé, called her selfish but it's true.

"I won't go anywhere,"
Still,Y/N manages to reply her back.

She laid back on the bed,back facing Rosé,her tears are threatening to fall down from her eyes, she can't let Rosé sees her face.

"Why are you not facing me?"

"I feel more comfortable in this position,"
Her voice strained.

"Are you catching a cold?"

"I guess so,"
She lied.

Rosé helped her to cover the blanket on her body fully and laid back down beside her.

"Get well soon,"

"Good night,"

"Sweat dream,"

Two days later
Y/N is having a meetup with Lisa,they are besties for a very long time,Lisa also knows Jung Kook because they are in a same social circle.But Y/N only knew Jung Kook through Lisa,so she is not really close to him,needless to mention that she hates him even more after he dumped Rosé for no reason.

"Y/N,I am going to tell you a very bad news right now,are you ready?"

"Go ahead,"

"Jung Kook is back,"
