A/N: First of all, this is not proof read. This is a requested story by Roseanne_1121997. Honestly, fantasy is not really my type of thing to write (though this is not really Harry Potter kinda fantasy but still) but at least I give it a try and a new genre unlock for me. 

Synopsis: Y/N runs away from her abusive family and Rosé saves her from the misery by taking her in and takes care of her. Then she sees a red string connects between the two of them... (Detail can be viewed at my message board but to sum it up then yes, refer to this)

Okay so I am tasked to complete the rest of the story. Personally, this is heavy but light-hearted at the same time. Very my style indeed. 

Meanwhile, can I just collect votes for my next one-shot? Should it be angst or fluff? Please don't tell me combine both because by now, I believe most of you would have known that I like to go all out for my story, either very sad or very happy (though rarely that it is happy) but you get my point. Please kindly leave your opinion and I would write what the majority would like me to. Yeet.

"I told you she is fucking useless! Now the police will come after me!"

Y/N's dad yells at her mom.

She has been abused by her parents very badly for the past twenty years. They think she is a burden because they have her at a very young age.

The mindset the older generation has is that abortion is a sin so they decided to keep Y/N. When you have immature parents, it just means that the family won't be happy. They are suffering from financial issue and they never think that their gambling addiction is the cause. Somehow, Y/N is the problem in their eyes.  

Y/N is used to all the scolding and beating but she has always been hoping that she can escape from the family. Now is a great chance to do it. Her parents are blaming each other after hitting her and they are paying no attention to her.

She can just jump down from her room window and they won't know because they are outside of her room. Without further ado, she opens the window and hops down, not caring if she is going to hurt herself. As soon as she touches the ground, she runs for her life.

When she reaches a street that nobody usually passes by, she collapses immediately. She can no longer tolerate the pain on her ankle. She must have hurt herself just now. She needs to stand up. She can't risk letting her parents find her again. They will kill her, literally.

Meanwhile, Rosé just waves goodbye to her best friends who also happen to be in the same girl group as her - Lisa, Jennie, and Jisoo. She is strolling her way back to her apartment when she hears someone hissing in pain in the dark empty street.

Well, she called herself brave but it's still scary to encounter this in the middle of the night. It could be anything down the street there. She is hesitating if she should go in and check when a thin red string slowly appears on her palm and the other end is leading all the way to the almost haunted street.

Ever since the mark shows up on her palm three years ago, she can't wait for her red string to appear. She doesn't expect it to happen like this though. She hasn't heard from anyone that their soul mate could be spirit. She hopes she isn't this unlucky.

At that moment, she finally understood why people said curiosity could kill a cat. Because it may be killing her next. She walks her way nearer to the source of whimper and oh...

A very badly hurt lady?

That is lowkey gorgeous?

That is looking at her with her innocent orbs?

Wait! So she is not a ghost?

But her mark hasn't shown up yet, it means they are not ready to meet each other.
