In Rosé and Y/N's shared room
"Rosie, trust me, I didn't do that,"
Y/N cries and begs.

"The evidence is right there, Y/N, how am I supposed to believe that you didn't corrupt the whole company?"
Rosé crosses her arms coldly as she watches her fiancé panic.

"I don't know. I didn't do any of that, the evidence is fake, it's just there,"

"What do you mean? Y/N, what is done, is done, the money can't transfer themselves to another account without anyone doing it,"
Rosé refuses to believe Y/N's words nonetheless, although Y/N has been trying so hard to explain herself for the past half an hour.

"Now what? You're not going to arrest me right?"
Y/N asks with a slight insecurity as she knows deep down that it's highly possible for her newly engaged fiancée to arrest her, since she is a deputy police chief, it's her duty to do so.

"Not now,"

"What is that supposed to mean? You're going to arrest me eventually?"
Y/N scoffs.

"Yes,"
She replies monotonously.

"You won't do that by yourself, please tell me that you won't,"
Y/N is holding Rosé's arms desperately at this point. Everyone but her, everyone else could distrust her and everything, but not her own fiancée, who is supposed to trust her the most.

"Unfortunately, I am,"
Rosé's calmness is not helping at all, it just makes Y/N thinks that she doesn't care. After a solid one minutes of staring at Rosé in disbelief, Y/N knows that there is nowhere she can escape now, hence, she bursts out laughing bitterly instead.

"Well done, Officer Park,"
Y/N claps for Rosé sarcastically.

"Y/N, it doesn't change a thing,"
Rosé comments as she pulls out her handcuff from her pocket.

"Right, I know,"
Rosé is beyond confused, how does Y/N just accept everything in a quick snap?

"Listen, you only have one chance, Roseanne, if I am proved to be innocent later on, we will break up, we will pretend that this relationship never happened and forgot about the engagement,"
Y/N shows her hands to Rosé fearlessly, in total contrast to what she behaves like just now. Rosé has to admit that she is a little taken aback, she doesn't expect Y/N, who is always delicate and sensitive, to have this kind of aura.

"Y/N, this is my job, I don't want our relationship to be involved,"
She answers with an exhaustive tone.

"Only if you trust me a little more than this, Roseanne,"

"Y/N, you have no excuse at all, the evidences are right there, and they are proven to be useful, how am I supposed to believe you? Tell me,"
Y/N remains silent. Only she knows that someone is trying to trick her into this and that person will only be her father.

It's a long story. Y/N grows up in a family where sexism exists. Her father believes that Y/N shouldn't be taking care of any business, female should just work at home and take care of her family instead. She has two brothers, both of them are younger than her and her dad biases the younger boys more for sure. Her mother died after she gave birth to her and her father had remarried another woman again.

However, Y/N doesn't go according to his plan. Y/N first started her company at the age of 25, needless to mention how successful she has become. And then she engaged with Rosé at the age of 28, her dad was furious when Y/N told her that she was marrying a woman, that sounds like a completely joke to him.
