8. Brother's Approval cont.

Brandon's POV:

I see Quinn and Anna on the couch talking and I'm just spying on them. They're talking about what happened when Quinn was gone. I don't remember her very well but I do remember that she was apart of my life because one day I stopped seeing her. "Hey Branon stop spying on them and just go talk to them if you want to." Tommy whisper to me and I see him walk to the fridge. I get up from the stairs and I jump in front of them, "Hey Brandon!" she says, "YOU GOT MY NAME RIGHT!" I yell jumping on top of her, "Yeah I did, it's not that hard." she tilts her head, "Yeah exactly but Anna's stupid boyfriend Ryan can't get it right." I say to Anna and she looks at the both of us, "Wait Ryan can't get your name right?" She asks me and I nod and she starts laughing. "I'm sorry buddy that sucks not for you but for him." and we both laugh, "Oh yeah that reminds me Ryan says hi." Anna shows me his text, "You can tell him I said bye." I tell her and she just nods. 

Tommy's POV:

I see them start connecting again and I'm so happy that Quinn is back, I remember her being here pretty much all the time and she's getting along with Brandon which is huge deal, if Brandon doesn't like someone we tend to drop them, but Anna still hasn't done anything with Ryan and I don't know why, because he isn't a good guy, he may seem like that but he isn't. I got into drama with him my Junior year and it was because of how he was treating the team and majority of the boys took my side but then he got with my little sister to boost up his fucking ego so we are not on good terms or even speaking terms and I wish Quinn was here when that happened because I know she would've been able to talk her out of it but she moved and Anna is stuck with a douchebag, I want  to beat him but I can't I'm over 18 I could go to jail. But if I see Ryan try to hop in Anna's window again I will not hesitate to push him back out. I hear my phone go off and it's a message from our mom. "Hey Anna, mom and dad are going to be late tonight." I raise my voice and I see Anna's head pop up from the couch, "Okay that's alright, we can just order pizza." She says and I give her a thumbs up, "Wait why don't you guys come over to my place for dinner." I head Quinn say she looks at us and Brandon is getting excited already, 

"You guys can see my mom again, I know she'll be happy to see you guys." She stands up carrying Brandon, "Yeah let's go I miss your mom!" I tell her and Anna stands up too, "Let's go now then I'm hungry." She laughs and all walk to my car. 

Anna's POV:

Brandon hops in the passenger seat, so I get in the back with Quinn, "Here put in your address" Tommy hands her his phone and I take a glimpse seeing that it's only and 15 minutes away. He starts the car and we start driving to her house, I tried to talk to her but Tommy and Brandon kept talking to her, cutting me off but it's okay because I can talk to her at school and I'll get her snap and her number. Tommy parks by the side walk and we all get out I take Quinn's hand as we walk to the front door and she opens it. "HEY MOM I'M HOME AND I GOT A SURPRISE!" "Tommy? Brandon? And Anna? You guys are here!" She drops the spoon and she comes up to us giving us a hug, I let go of Quinn's hand to hug her mom, "Aww look at you Anna, all grown up and still beautiful as always." I see tears form in her eyes, "Thank you Ms. Madden" I hug her again and she tells us to go take a seat at the dining table, her daughter sets up the table and Ms. Madden places the pot on the table with steam floating to the top, I take smell and it instantly brings a memory back, "It's chicken curry eat up before it gets cold!" 

*Flashback

"Girls come one it's time to eat" Quinn and I have a race downstairs to the table, "Quinn what did I say about running down the stairs." I hear her mom say, "Sorry mom." she says and I apologize after. "I won though!" I punch her arm and I jump on the chair on the side of the table, "You did not!" She says back, "Here you girls go curry, eat up before it gets cold." she says walking back to get cups, "This smells really good!" I tell her putting some of it on my plate and I look over at Quinn putting the spoon in her mouth, "OW OW ITS HOT!" she jumps down putting an ice cube in her mouth, "Well Honey it just came off the stove so you have to blow it." Mrs. Madden says and she walks back sitting next to me and sits there blowing her food making me laugh. "Also Anna your mom texted me saying she can't pick you up so you and Quinn are having a sleep over tonight." she says and I reach over to hug Quinn, "YAY!"

Flashback Ends*

I put some on my plate blowing it before putting it in my mouth, and it taste the same as before it hasn't changed one bit, I've missed this and I can tell Tommy and Brandon like it because Tommy isn't saying anything and Brandon keeps asking questions about it, I see Quinn put the spoon in her mouth then instantly back out again, "OW OW ITS HOT!" she says making me laugh, she hasn't changed. "Well honey it came off the stove so yes it's going to be hot." Her mom laughs and so do Tommy and Brandon. "I know I know." She says trying to cool her tongue off and I punch her in the arm, "You haven't changed one bit have you." I laugh and she just looks at me with a smile on her and I look at her her eyes are really pretty. We finish up eating and we start to get ready to leave, "It was amazing seeing you three again, come back to visit again soon okay?" Ms. Madden says and we all give her a hug before walking outside, "Oh wait Quinn can I get your snap or number?" I ask and she nods I hand her my phone, "Here you go my number and my snap, you get both." She smiles and I hug her before leaving, I have to say it her hugs are the best. I let her go and I hop into the passenger side waving at them before Tommy drives off. 

"So how was your guy's first day?" Tommy asks and Brandon answers first, "It was good I played cops and robbers today." He says and Tommy gives him a thumbs up, "How about you Anna?" He glances at me, "It was interesting to say the least first Ryan has been weird especially with the fact that Quinn is here and I don't know why he even had a talk with her today." I tell him and his face isn't exactly happy, "What's wrong?" I ask him, "You already know I don't like him and him already acting weird now that's Quinn is here don't you find that a little suspicious?" He looks at me and I think about it, "I mean yeah a little but I told him not to worry about it I'm not going to drop him or anything." I look back at Tommy and he has a smirk on his face, "Are you sure about that, I saw the way you and her were looking at each other it doesn't seem like you two were just "Best friends." He quotes, "Tommy there is nothing between us okay we just missed each other a lot I mean it's been seven years so year of course we're gonna try to get close." I cross my arms, "Just know that I'm right okay, you're gonna see that she is better than Ryan then you two are going to fall in love and get together then get married."

"TOMMY!" I cut him off and he laughs, "We are not going to fall in love." I say back, "Okay okay wanna bet on it?" He raises an eyebrow, "Fine let's bet on it!" I pull out my wallet as he parks back on our driveway and we all get out, "How much? twenty?" He gets out his wallet too as we walk inside, and Brandon calls me over to the stairs, "What's up?" I ask him and he looks at me dead in the eye, "I like Ag, she's better than Ryan cause Ryan sucks and he won't be able to reach Ag's level, goodnight!" He runs up the stairs to his room, "Seeeeee." I hear Tommy say and I walk back over to him "Fifty!" I slam the money on the counter top, "Oooh fifty okay okay, but just letting you know I'm gonna win,  I've seen you guys when you were fourth grade no doubt that your feelings will grow." He pats my head before he walks upstairs. I am not falling in love with her.
