I try to help others I really do, but I know that pretty much all I say is just lies because I wont even believe the advice I tell others, how can I say that things will be alright when I think that all that will happen just get worse. I was trying to help someone in a discord server who wasn't doing so well but each time I tried to say something I just felt like nothing I said could help because it was just lies, though I tell these lies all the time to others. Idk what I'm saying, these are just my thoughts.
