Taehyung was awoken the next morning by his phone and doorbell constantly ringing, he wonders what the issue could be, and why people were so desperate to talk to him. He sees Jimin's name displayed on his phone screen, he decides to leave the phone call until after he's dealt with whatever maniac is ringing his doorbell. He pads over to the door, pyjamas crumpled and hair all over the place, not that he cared at all. He opens the door to see Jimin standing there, phone pressed to one ear and a finger hovering over the doorbell.

"What took you so long?! I've been here for at least 5 minutes!" Jimin yelled as he pushed past a confused Taehyung, still too sleepy to be dealing with his crazy best friend.

Once Taehyung focuses more, he sees Hoseok standing in front of him with an apologetic look on his face. "Why is your husband attacking my privacy so early on a Sunday?" He asks, wanting at least someone to explain whats happening.

"You never texted him after your date last night, I tried to have him stay at home and wait for you to answer your phone but... well, you know Chim." Hoseok laughed, entering the house once Taehyung steps aside and signals for him to enter.

As they get to the kitchen they find Jimin sitting at the table eating a sandwich, happily chewing as he leant back in his chair.

"Oh please Chim, help yourself to all my food, make yourself at home." Taehyung says sarcastically as he fills the coffee pot up with water.

"Don't worry, I will."

"What do you two crackheads want, anyway? It's too early on a Sunday for my brain to function."

"Tae, it's half twelve." Hoseok informs.

"Half twelve is still too early."

"Hobi already told you why we're here, how dare you not tell me how your date with Mr Hottie went as soon as your ass got back home!" Jimin yelled, finishing off the last bite of his sandwich.

Taehyung laughed, he didn't even realise he forgot to tell Jimin how his date went. He felt as if he was in a daze ever since Jungkook kissed him last night, the feeling of floating on a cloud had not quite worn off yet.

"It was perfect, he is perfect. Everything was just so natural, we laughed so much I swear to you my stomach is still aching." Taehyung sighed dreamily as he poured coffee into three mugs for him and the others.

Jimin squealed joyfully, "Did you kiss? Oh my God please tell me you kissed."

Taehyung brought the mugs over to the table as he sat down opposite the couple, both looking at him with expectant faces. "We kissed." He announced, a bright smile spreading across his face as he said those words.

Hoseok and Jimin practically screamed as they heard the words come out of his mouth, Taehyung had to clasp his hands over his ears and hope his neighbours didn't think he was being murdered.

"How was it? Is he a good kisser?" Hoseok questioned excitedly.

"Just like everything else, it was perfect. Tops all other first kisses I've ever had, I never thought I could feel so much just from a simple kiss."

Jimin leaned into Hoseok's side, almost tearing up from how happy he was for his best friend. Seeing the look of love in his eyes is something he hasn't seen for a long time, and even then he swears he never saw it this strong.

Jungkook really was the perfect man for Taehyung.

Jungkook knocks on Jin and Namjoon's door, excited to see his daughter. He hates whenever she spends the night elsewhere, he's never been too fond of waking up in an empty house.

"Hey Kook, the girls are upstairs watching The Little Mermaid so you have plenty of time to tell us how your date went." Jin says excitedly as he pulls Jungkook into the house, leading him straight to the living room where Namjoon was waiting with just as much excitement.

"So?"

"It was amazing, I never thought one person could make me feel so much." Jungkook smiles brightly, heart filling up with the mention of Taehyung.

"Joonie, our boy is growing up." Jin wipes the fake tears from his eyes.

"Growing up? I'm not a baby, I have a child of my own you know." Jungkook laughs.

As if on cue, two little girls run into the room, Asami squealing as she sees her dad. "Daddy!" She yells as she runs over at him, making grabby hands to make him pull her up onto his lap.

"Hey squish, did you have a nice time?"

Asami nods happily, "I missed you though, can we go get ice-cream now?"

"Of course, go get your things and we can go fill your tummy up with delicious ice-cream." Jungkook says sweetly as he places a gentle kiss on the little girl's forehead.

"Okay!" Asami slides off of her dad's lap before running back up the stairs to grab her stuff, Jungkook just prays she remembers everything.

"Are you going to tell her about Taehyung?" Namjoon asks quietly.

Jungkook hums, "I was thinking I'd tell her after a couple more dates, I don't want to throw them both into something straight away. I want to get to know Taehyung better first, I feel like telling her that we're dating will be getting her hopes up too soon."

"Understandable, at least you don't have the worry of how he'll react to the fact you're a dad."

Jungkook nods with a smile, "Yeah, it feels good. I feel like he's really special, you know? I felt so happy last night, I honestly hope it will develop into something much more."

"I'm sure it will, Kook." Jin says encouragingly.

And Taehyung was the perfect man for Jungkook.
