Chapter 32
Brothers
Shaking my head in amusement, I did not move on my spot here upstairs near the staircase, they could not see me since the stairs had walls on each side. A wooden white ash enclosed staircase.
Must I say, he was Diablos? Yvanita described him like that. Too harsh and much hard. His voice was not calm, it was bored.
"Tangina, bakit kayo nandito?" This time, it was Damien.
I did not really expect that he could cook, I could not, but I was determined to learn. Considering I had Caprice to teach me.
Moving closer to the few steps of the staircase, I heard that bored yet harsh voice of Diablos. If I was not mistaken.
I could feel the atmosphere from downstairs, light yet a little intense.
"Father disown him, that's why he left," Damien's hardening voice stated bitterly.
Stunned, my brain had slowly, and carefully registered the words one by one, then came upon one question.
Who was Darkkon? From Damien's statement, I would really think that he was their brother, and their father disowned him. But that's just too confusing, I had thought all along that Bloodemir had only three sons. What on Earth were these siblings talking about?
Eavesdropping was not a good idea, and they would think I was some sort of a spy if they find me here, caught in the act of snooping around, overhearing them having a conversation with their private lives. That would be a big trouble.
I had considered to listen more, but decided against it and started descending the stairs. Loud and audible, I had made sure that they could hear my footfalls coming down, and that was when the masculine deep voices downstairs had slowed down.
"Damien?" I called and gazed around after reaching the floor.
