As he wrapped the other boy's leg, he was able to get a better look at his eyes. They were a beautiful yet mysterious shade of dark red, still carrying the same expression as when he first saw him, only with slight variations. His eyes were a bit more relaxed, not as wide as before, with a hint of confusion. It was a complex yet simple look that didn't take long for Ushijima to understand.
"Are you alright? Does it hurt bad?" Ushijima questioned, snapping Tendou out of thought. "Oh, uh, no. It's fine." He responded with a sort of flatness to his voice. This only made Ushijima want to question more, but he stopped himself, not wanting to push it. He had always been fairly curious about things, but never voiced his concern or questions. He didn't understand why he was actually asking things of Tendou, but in all honesty there is a lot to unpack with the red head. You don't need to be a genius to figure that out.
"There, I finished with your leg. Are you sure that's it or did you scratch anywhere el-" He moved to grab and pull up Tendou's sweater sleeve, but the boy quickly pulled away. "No, no. That's it, I swear." He laughed, picking up his usual tone and putting his hands up in defense. Ushijima nodded, glad (for some reason) that he was feeling alright. The red head got up off the bed, followed by the olive-brown haired boy.
"Boys! Did you find everything okay?" The nurse smiled. "Yes ma'am. Thank you." "Thank you!" The boys voiced before opening the door. "Oh, Tendou. Are you sure you don't want to just stay here?" Tendou shook his head. "No." He smiled and she smiled back. He does have a contagious smile. The boys walked out of the office and looked around. "Do you think they finished the run already?" Tendou asked, rubbing his neck.
"Hm. I don't know. We should just head back to the gym and wait there." The taller boy looked around before deciding which direction to go, Tendou following. "Do you even know where to go?" The red head asked. "Of corse." Silence. "Kind of." "Yeah, I figured you didn't." Tendou laughed. "Well I don't know where to go, either." Despite the boy's lack of knowlage about where to go, they continued walking. "I think I remember going this way? Right?" Ushijima hummed in response. "Yeah. Let's go this way."

"Shit, shit, shit, shit! Where are we?!" Both of the boys looked around in confusion. "We could always ask someone-" No! No thank you, we can figure this out!" Tendou said between his teeth. If there's one thing he hated, it was relying on other people to help him do something he could do himself. Ushijima sighed and checked his phone. "Maybe I could text-" His phone screen turned black almost instantly after he turned it on. "It's dead." They both sighed.
"Ushijima?! Tendou?! Ushijima?!" A voice was heard from the distance. Both of the boys turned around instantly to find their beloved captain. "KONDO!" The boys shouted at the same time, running towards him at top speed. "Where in the world have you guys been?" Both of them panting, Tendou started to speak. "W- ah.. Why is this school so damn big?!"
