Ushijima and Tendou were lead back to the gym by Kondo, embarrassed as ever. It's only their third day and their already getting lost! On the way back, they explained everything that had happened. Well, more Ushijima explained while Tendou walked with them deep in thought. Why had he become so open around Ushijima? Why was he so different than what he had thought? Why now that Tendou had seen this new and unexpected side of him had it become so difficult to figure this boy out?

Usually it barley takes a few days for Tendou to fully analyze someone, but for some odd reason he's having trouble with Ushijima. It's like he has some sort of iron walls surrounding him, stopping Tendou from getting through. Now with this information, or lack there of, he has made it him mission to figure this boy out. And he will stop at nothing to break down thoes iron walls.

"Thank you!" "Thanks, Kondo!" "See ya!" Everyone called, leaving the gym and waving. That was the end of morning practice and now it was time for class. (Yayy~) Tendou thought about catching up to the olive-haired boy, but decided against it knowing he'd probably ask about the boys obvious bad mood. Class went by pretty fast. Since the school year just started, the teachers weren't assigning many things and were fairly laid back.

They were still just talking about what they would be doing in the year and what work they'll have. Ushijima's first classes were Social Studies and math, both of them finishing quickly so he could head to Japanese. Class was as usual, talking about boring things and boring places and boring times, nothing that truly interested Ushijima. He was busy rather thinking about volleyball. Morning practice that day didn't go very well, but he planned on learning the whole layout of the school so that something like that wouldn't happen again. It was way too embarrassing.

Out of the silence of the class, a new voice came in. It was a male voice that sounded annoyed "MISS SUZUKI?" Ushijima jumped, looking to the door immediately. There was a man that looked in his late 40s holding what seemed to be a student by their shirt. "Would you mind taking this boy into your class?"

The said boy had a grin on his face while the male teacher glared at him. "Oh well of course. What's the issue?" Miss Suzuki answered. He threw the student into the classroom and scowled. "He is too disrespectful and loud, I'm afraid I can not handle him. If you took him under your wing, I'm sure he'll learn a lesson or two." Before the female could question anymore, the other slammed the door shut and stomped away.

"Oh my. Well hello there, what's your name." She questioned in a sweet voice. The student laughed. "I'm Satori Tendou." They smiled at each other before she spoke again. "Well you can take a seat in any spot you'd like. And I'm terribly sorry about him, he's a bit of a grouch." Tendou? What kind of trouble did he cause to get kicked out of his class? "I could tell." He whispered under his breath and looked around the room.

Upon the sight of Ushijima, his face lightened instantly. "Ushi-kun!" He ran over to the empty desk next to him and plopped down, throwing his bag next to him. "He-llo." He chimed, holding his chin in his hands. "Oh, hello." Ushijima responded. Miss Suzuki smiled and continued talking to the class.

Ushijima heard a shuffle of paper and a pen from the desk next to him before feeling a small bump on his arm. "Hm?" When he looked down there was a folded piece of paper. Unfolding it, he saw writing at the top. 'Hi!!!!!! I can't believe we're in the same class now!' He looked at the red head sitting next to him wearing an smile of expectation. He let out a small noise of confusion before writing something back. 'Why are you here now?' He folded the paper and handed it back.

About 30 seconds passed before feeling the bump on his arm again. 'Well I guess I was being rude? So that old guy grabbed me by my shirt and dragged me here :/' Ushijima spent extra time staring at the little face Tendou had written at the end. He hummed and jolted something down on the paper before handing it back. 'Oh.'

That's it, huh? Well, that was a short conversation. Soon enough, the bell rang and it was lunch time. The class packed up their things and some of them headed out of the classroom, Ushijima being one of them. However before he could walk out the door someone called for him. "Ushi-kun! Eat with me!"
