Cassandra
School without Gabriel and Carina is a nightmare. But, school without Spencer and Cami is a relief.

It was now Tuesday, I didn't have to work after school which is why a text from Michelle asking me to go to the restaurant came as a shock. But, of course, I went. After all, I was the manager, so if there was any problem what-so-ever I had to attend to it.

As I walked into the restaurant, everyone stared. My eyes landed on Spencer who was serving a table. "You're here, finally," he said coming towards me. "What's going on?" "My mom has to talk to us about something. And before you ask, I don't know what." I nodded and led the way to Michelle's office.

The door was already open. We were being expected. "Cassandra, thank you so much for coming." "Yeah of course," I said taking a seat next to Spencer," What is it?" "Well court is tomorrow as you already know. So, there is someone who wants to talk to you." "To me?" "Yes," Michelle said with a nod. "Rebecca please come to my office," she said into the walkie.

Spencer and I looked at each other. What was the big deal about Rebecca? When Rebecca walked in, I noticed her smirk. "Cassandra. I really need to talk to you." "What is it Rebecca?" "I need tomorrow off. I'm going to court... against you."

Spencer jumped up and I grabbed his arms. "You did this to us?!" "Yes, yes I did." I took a breath," Have the day off, but I'm warning you, when we win, you are fired." "Don't worry, once I win, you'll be the one fired."

She walked away. I stared at Michelle in awe," Her?! She's so freaking nice." "She's a snake," Spencer snarled. "I have all the security footage showing that you two never did anything. She only has her word as evidence. It's an easy fight." I nodded," I have to go."

I walked out of the restaurant, not knowing where my legs were taking me. Suddenly someone pulled on my arm. I turned and saw Spencer looking at me with eyes of worry. He pulled me towards him and embraced me.

I pulled away quickly," Don't touch me." "Cassandra. Can we please try to get along?" "Easy for you to say." "We have to go to court tomorrow. We have no choice but to work together." "There is nothing to do! It's just her word against us. She can't prove anything. We have this case won. I'm going home," I said walking away.

Spencer:
There was much more to this case than what met the eye. I had to be prepared. I got a lawyer and told the lawyer everything I knew would help us win. Tomorrow was gonna be a long day.

The next day, as I took a seat next to Cassandra at the court, I sighed. Something horrible was about to be showcased, and Cassandra would be even more disgusted of me than she already was. She looked so nervous. I wanted to hold her in my arms and tell her it was going to be alright. But it wasn't going to be. So much was about to be revealed and I wasn't ready for it.

Rebecca, her family, and I would be exposed not just to the judge and the jury, but also to Cassandra.

As we all rose to the judge and sat back down, everything hit me like a storm. The truth was about to be revealed and it was not pretty.

"We are here today, to witness the case against Cassandra Holt and Spencer Jackson for sexual harassment. You guys have the word."

My lawyer stood up," My clients did no such thing. Ms. Rebecca Anderson has no proof. It's just her word. In fact, here the tapes of all the security footage since the day Cassandra started working at Michelle's Kitchen." She handed it to the judge and the secretary," In these tapes, at no point in time do we see either one of my clients even touch Rebecca." She took a seat.

Rebecca's lawyer stood up," Mr Judge and members of the jury. Yes, we have no proof besides my client's word, but she has been traumatized by this experience and I would like for her to testify."
