EVELYN'S POV-

Wearing my school uniform and I look myself in the mirror for the last time. It has cotton shirt that is colored light blue and red and dark blue stripes on sleeves. The school logo on the right side of it and white buttons in the between. Adding a knee-length skirt that matched the design of the shirt. Also, a necktie with dark blue stripes. Wearing my shoes and I am all set to start my first day in my new school. The school uniform looks clear and elegant.

Stepping out of my room, I saw mom and dad waiting for me to have breakfast.

"Good morning, Princess"

"Good morning to you too, mom and dad."

"Are you ready for your school?"

"Yes,mom"

"Good, dad will drop you."

As I get out of my car, I placed a kiss on my dad's cheek.

"I hope you enjoy your day."

"Thank you, dad."

I wave him a final goodbye and see him driving towards his workplace.

Moving towards my class, my heart beats faster with every step. I try myself to cool and not to over react.

Pulling out of my thoughts,I reach near Evan's class. He is talking with a classmate. I was starting at him and his friend caught me. Removing my eyes from him and feeling embarrassed, I ran to my class.

EVAN'S POV-

"A girl with mid-length blonde hair was staring at you", Steven lets me know while I was talking with him. The class was about to get start. I couldn't reply him as he went to his sit immediately looking our teacher heading towards our class.

I doubted it was Evelyn. She too has mid-length blonde hair that makes her look dazzling. They are wavy at down. I must say, she is a perfect beauty at her young age. I don't get rolled by any girl's appearance but she is not just an ordinary girl for me. I kept pondering why was she here again. Probably, she joined this school. It would be rude if I keep ignoring her and that won't work for too long. I have to confront her someday. I don't know how to.

"Let's go", I hear Steven shouting at me. I jumped looking at him. I didn't even know when all the classes got over. Now, it's time to go home. Every second I was lost in her thoughts. This is the reason I am not studying well these days.

Making our way to the school gate, I see the girl who dropped her purse yesterday. "Hey, look that girl is here", Steven says me. I nodded and went to her.

"Hey, do you have my purse?"

"Yes, you dropped it there yesterday."

"Oh,I knew it. That's why I came to you."

I wonder how she knows my school. Steven too gives me a confusing look. It's him who asked her about it, "How do you know our school?"

"Oh, I forgot to tell you about it."

She handed me a card where my name and school was mentioned. I still can't remember how she got it. It's a card that I made for fun,lol. She said that I too dropped it yesterday and when she came back to find her purse, she found my card instead.

We returned each other our belongings.

"I know your name through the card. It's Evan, right?"

"Yeah, I am Evan Anderson."

"Now that I know your name, won't you like to know mine too?"

"May I know your name?"

"I am Lexi Lopez."
