I'm getting so much positive feedback! I appreciate it! I knew I would have a lot of people frustrated with the ending. I definitely understand the frustration of a sad ending.
I definitely felt like this was supposed to happen to Caroline's character. She has a rough life and she definitely didn't see the point of living until she met Terrell, and then she had something to die for.
Terrell's POVs on Tiktok about him being a mafia father, gave me a single dad vibe. Caroline made him soft and now that she is gone, I feel like he can go back to being a great father and grow on his own. Of course still being in the mafia.
I don't have any plans for a sequel. Of course if I change my mind, all of you will be the first to know. Thank you so much for the support on this story. I hope everyone enjoyed the read. :)
