     "Close your eyes" Alik says to me as a tear falls down his face. "No, please don't do this I could come with you-" I try convincing him as I'm crying but he doesn't respond he just steps closer to me and puts his arms around me. "Close your eyes" he instructs me. "Remember that time when mom took us away on your birthday to that little house by the lake? She made you a quidditch themed cake for your 9th birthday" he giggles. "You were so happy that day" he smiles as his eyes are closed. "And do you remember what dad did? He used the torture curse on me for the first time because he said I was 'too loud'. A nine year old. What father would do that?" I cry out as I hug my brother tightly. "He'll pay for everything he's done" Alik says fearless. "I saw him today.." I say to him as I end the hug. "He didn't know who I was but he grabbed my hands and pointed his wand at my neck." my hands start shaking as I recollect the happenings. Alik notices so he gently puts his hand on mine. "I used crucio on him Alik. I wanted him to suffer for all he's done to me and to our family." I say with honesty angrily. He nods in agreement "And he will. But you have to let me go now" he says. "Just promise me I'll see you again" I request as I'm holding my pinkie out but he looks at me weirdly "It's a muggle thing just.. just promise me please" I beg him. He raises his pinkie and intertwines it with mine "Promise" he says smiling faintly . "Now.. close your eyes, it'll be easier that way" he sobs softly, trin to hide his pain. I do as he says. "Happy birthday" Alik whispers as he wipes my tears off and when I open my eyes a couple seconds later I'm standing on the balcony alone. He's gone.

       I go back to Dumbledore's office with my eyes all cried out and red. George comes up to me and without a word he hugs me securely. "I'm always here for you, please know that" he whispers. Him saying that makes me cry again so I let my tears run free, making his sweater all wet by sobbing. "Sorry" I say to him weakly but he just pulls me in closer "Don't apologize" he says softly. "Thank you" I smile at him as I end the hug. "Anytime" he responds warmly "Do you want me to accompany you?" he smirks at me lightly. "I'll be fine" I say to him and go out of the room but I quickly say "See you guys later" with a fake smile. When I go down the stairs that lead you out of the headmaster's office I see Draco standing at the bottom of it. "So what was that?" he asks kind of rudely. I sob "Can I stay at yours?" I ask simply. "Of course you can" he responds as he embraces me. While he's hugging me I can see Georgie looking at us with a sad expression on his face but it changes to a smile when he realizes I'm looking at him. I end the hug and Dray asks "Do you wanna talk about it?" as he rubs my shoulders to comfort me. "Umm not really" I giggle because of pain. "It's okay we don't have to" he says kindly. "I should check on Ginny" it comes to my mind. "Wanna come or.." I ask him. "You think she'll be okay with it?" he asks me weirdly. "Omm I mean she'll probably think it's weird also I think she doesn't like you-" I say but he cuts me off "I'll just wait for you" he gives me a quick kiss. I go up to the infirmary where I can see my best friend laying on a bed "Ginny!" I hug her tightly. "Whoa are you okay?" she looks at me worried. Did I cry that much, is it really that easy to see that? "Yeah I'm fine, how about you?" I sit down on the bed next to her. "You shouldn't worry so much about me, I carried you out with a broken ankle, I can handle it" she says bravely. I smile at her, Alik was right, I really have great friends. Hermione walks in "Ginny, hi!" she says as she sits down on the patient's other side. "You should've seen Skye and George in Dumbledore's office" Hermione says teasingly trying to cheer us up. "Oh shut up nothing happened.." I say trying to defend myself. Ginny laughs and asks "Go on what happened?" she turns to Hermione. I scoff as she starts "When Skye came back from the balcony George went up to him instantly and hugged her it was soo cute" she says and it makes me blush. "He's seriously in loove with you" Ginny teases me. "Don't say that.." I look down in embarassment. "Do you fancy him?" Ginny asks me seriously but I just look away from her then Draco enters and all three of us look at him but he only looks at me as he comes closer. "Umm are you... okay?" Draco asks Ginny akwardly. "Uh yeah?" she looks at him weirdly. "We should go" I stand up and grab Draco's hand to make the cringiness stop. "See you guys later" I wave to them as we exit. "Bye" I hear the girls say. "That was nice of you. Trying to connect with my friends" I say to him as we go down the stairs but I lightly chuckle. "I was trying to be nice don't laugh" he stops and pouts. "You'll get it someday" I say encouraginly as I caress his face. "I... I wanna be better for you" he says seriously. I smile at him and kiss him softly. "You.. are the best" I whisper to him. "This summer will be fun" I say excitedly. "Although I'll probably have to go back to my father's place for a while" the excitement from my face goes away and turns into sadness. "Why? What's with Alik?" he asks curiously, not knowing what happened. "He.. he's umm" my voice cracks "He's banished from our family" I say finally. Dray doesn't know what to do but after a while he pulls me in closer and locks me in his arms. "It's gonna be okay" he whispers promisingly. I close my eyes and imagine that it's just the two of us in a world where there are no sides and we can finally be happy. He puts his hand on the back of my neck as he says "I'll protect you. Always"

      We get back to the common room "I think I'll just go sleep if that's okay" I say to him. "Thank you for being here for me though.. I love you" I whisper the last part as a reminder and I watch him blush. "Good night Skye" he looks deeply into my eyes then leans in closer and adds "I love you too" he whispers in my ear. When I get to my dorm there's a present on my bed. I sit down and look at the tag on it Treasure -G. Is Georgie calling me treasure? That makes me blush a bit and smile to myself but I shake it off. I take the little silver box into my hands and open it. It's the original of my favourite book: The Tales of Beedle and a necklace with a miniature replica of his wand on it. What's that supposed to mean? No way he got me these, must've cost a fortune. He's so considerate, knows me really well and cares about me deeply. Maybe it's time I sort my feelings out towards him... But not today, it's been a long day already.
