      Draco's and my 18th birthdays are coming up, they're in a few days but I don't think we'll be celebrating it. Most of my friends don't even know about my birthday because I don't like to talk about it. So as an alternative, Dray and I will go to Hogsmeade to have a fancy dinner, just the two of us. "Ready to go?" he knocks on my door and slowly opens it. "Can you zip me up?" I turn my back to him and he zips the black dress up. "You're gorgeous" he looks me up and down. "You don't look bad yourself" I compliment him in a funny way which he reacts to by grabbing my waist pulling me closer then kisses me. "You look so handsome with lipstick on" I giggle because my lipstick is smudged on his lips. "Oh yeah, you like it?" he kisses me again to get more of my dark red lipstick on him. "Perfect, now we can go" I start exiting but I see him quickly wiping off the remains of my makeup off his lips.

    After our romantic dinner we walk back to school as the sun goes down. "Thank you" I whisper as I hug his arm while walking. "For what?" he asks cheeky. "Everything" I look at him with honesty glimmering in my eyes. "I don't know what I would have done if you weren't here for me." he responds when he stops to really look at me then I hug his waist. When we get back to Hogwarts and reach the entrance of the dungeons Dray turns to me "Close your eyes!" he says softly but I look at him confused. However I do as I'm told he then even puts his hands around my eyes so I really can't see. I hear him saying the password while my heart is beating in my throat with excitement then the door opens slowly. After we step in he takes his hands off "Open them" and I do as he says. As soon as I open my eyes "Surprise!" My friends yell at me. For a minute I look annoyed because Draco probably organized this birthday party for me and he knows I don't like to celebrate it. "Sorry love but it's your 18th.." he explains half-assed. In the slytherin common room are Ginny, Luna, Harry and George "Happy bir-" Ginny starts as she gets closer to me with her hands open but I cut her off "Can you just.. not say that? I appreciate all of you being here I just.. don't like that saying" I force a smile on my face. "Oh yeah sure, of course!" Ginny quickly comes to the rescue and hugs me. I glance over to George as I'm hugging my best friend and notice that behind his smile is sorrow. "I umm brought some fire whisky" George hands me the bottle of alcohol after I broke the hug off with the girl. I look at him kindly but there's visible tension between us as I take the bottle and our fingers touch. "Thanks" I say softly. "It's time to party then!" I smile at them and put some music on. "You invited Harry?" I whisper to Dray hastily. "I didn't" he fixes his gaze on the boy with anger. "Okay let's just dance" I grab his hand and turn the music up. We start dancing like crazy people as rainbow lights start flickering alongside a disco ball. Ginny and Harry are dancing together cutely, Luna and George are enjoying themselves too so the gathering seems like a success so far.

      "Hey guys we should play something" Luna says after we do shots of fire whisky while sitting on the floor and some of us on the couch. "I have truth serum how about truth or dare with veritaserum?" George chimes in. "Yeah why not?" Ginny sits up while George gets little vials with the serum in it. "Okaay let the celebrated go first" Luna adresses me without mentioning my birthday which I deeply appreaciate. George hands me the serum "Ask away" I bravely look around to see who'll be giving me a question. I chug the veritaserum down when Ginny turns to me "What's the biggest lie you've ever told?" she asks while Harry's hands are around him. "Saying I'm fine all the time" I answer straight up and everyone looks at me with pity and sadness. "Moving on" Dray says firmly and puts his hand around me to make me feel safer. It's now George's turn "What do you think about Skye?" Draco asks intrigued. The red head looks at me persuasively "I wanna ruin our friendship... We should be lovers instead" he quickly turns away from me embarassed. Why did Dray ask that question? He look at Georgie furiously "Okay I think that's enough..." I say softly. "Yeah, let's go" Ginny and Harry stand up to leave. "Happy- I mean it was great" Ginny smiles at me. "Skye wait--" George starts as he comes up to me. "Can we not?" I briefly look at him because I'm not in the right mind space to have this conversation. "I think we should talk about it..." he says shyly. "Just the two of us..." he adds while nodding in Dray's direction. "Oh o-okay. I'll be back in a bit" I turn to my boyfriend and as an answer he kisses he longingly to make George jealous. I push him away from me "Dray!" I raise my voice as I slap his chest but he looks satisfied with himself. Georgie and I exit the dungeons with visible tension between us. "So... yeah I just admitted that" he giggles softly to make the situation less awkward. "Georgie... I'm gonna say what I told you last time-" I start in a melancholy tone but he cuts me off "Yeah I know you don't have a choice.. Bullshit!" he finishes my sentence irately. "Except you do!" he steps closer, making me pushed up against the wall. "I-I.. Listen I have love for you, you're one of my best friends!" I try to reason with him. "Friends huh? How about that time  you kissed me and said you meant it?" he puts his arm on the wall, next to my head. "Th-That... it was ages ago..." I lie like there isn't a faintest chance we'd end up together. "Let's freshen up your memory then" he grabs my face and kisses me. I kiss him back softly but fastly realize what we're doing so I break it off. "You can't just do that..." I say enraged but look away from him as I blush. "You kissed me back!" he accuses me with his voice raised. "I-I... got carried away" I respond on the verge of tears. "Because you have feelings for me!" he yells and in that moment Dray steps out to the corridor. "Is something wrong?" he looks at me worried as I have tears in my eyes. "I think you should go" my boyfriend puts his arm around me as he turns to the red head twin. "You're gonna let him speak for you?" George glances at me with anger. "I already told you what I wanted..." a teardrop falls down my face. "Stop lying to yourself!" he raises his voice."You don't even know me!" I yell back angrily. "I'm sorry Georgie" I look at him heart-broken and I can see he feels that way too. He shakes his head in disappointment, scoffs then walks away furiously. "What was that?" Dray strokes my back. "Doesn't matter...It's over now" I close my eyes to hide the pain as more tears fall down to the ground.
