As soon as we get home, I'm knocked out.

Today was just a long day.

The next morning, I wake up bright and early.

 Well, early for me.

I felt great! I slept really well.

It wasn't uncommon for me to have a good sleep, but I just hadn't been able to sleep well the past few days.

I begin packing my suitcase for our beach trip.

I already had everything ready since I stayed home all day yesterday.

All I had to do was pack and I was set.

" Is Melissa coming over today?" Tyler asks.

" No, she is visiting her parents a little ways a way," I answer.

" I don't mean to make trouble, but something just doesn't add up," Daniel admits.

" I agree. Especially with what Zach said the other day," Tyler adds.

I stayed silent for a moment because I felt the same.

I hated how I felt that way because I was sure everything was fine.

She was a dying girl who was living her best life.

I didn't like how I felt that way.

I tried hard to shake it off and pretend it wasn't how it was.

" Yeah, but I just shake it off," I finally respond.

We just sit around and do whatever w felt like for the rest of the day.

                                                                  1 day later

 Finally! Something happening!

It was time to leave for the beach, and I couldn't have been happier.

The drive wasn't going to be long, just an hour.

We got a huge van big enough for the 8 of us.

I fell asleep during the whole drive there.

We arrive and the first thing I do is claim my room.

A good room always depended on how well the trip goes.

I unpack and sit on the balcony, watching the ocean waves crashing onto the shore.

It was quite relaxing to be honest.
