" So what was that about?" Christian asks as soon as I close the door.
" I heard her calling someone," I start.
" And?" Christian pushes.
" She was saying stuff like she told us she had a month left, and the whole thing was off," I confess.
" OK, maybe it was nothing? I mean, I'm not saying I don't believe you, but maybe we are misunderstanding?"
I shrug, " It's possible. If I were you, I'd talk to her about it just in case."
" I will, let's just shake it off for now," Christian whispers.
I nod, " Won't be a problem."
" Alright, good," Christian sighs.
We get started on dinner and tell everyone to come in to eat.
" Melissa, can I talk to you real quick?" Christian asks before we all eat.
" Yes," she responds and follows Christian to the balcony.
We fix out own food and sit at the table and wait for Christian and Melissa to get back.
After about 2 minutes, they are back and we start eating.
I wanted to ask what happened out there, but I was going to wait until we could talk privately.
We all have a conversation and plan on staying on the beach all day the next day.
I didn't argue, I loved the beach.
I cleaned everything up after dinner while everyone else went on to have a Mario Kart competition.
We were only going to be here for 3 more days, so I wanted to have fun, not worry about probably unnecessary things.
After I get everything cleaned up, I join the others in battling.
